Fantastic Customer Service and Quality products
Firstly may I say what a pleasure it was to deal with Prishna, what an absolutely lovely helpful member of the team at Baa’s House….
I sent an enquiry about an item which was not in stock and I had a very swift reply to say they would let me know when it was next available….
As promised I received notification a few weeks later to let me know it was back in stock. I placed my order and have since received it, the quality is excellent.
From start to finish the whole process was faultless and I would not hesitate to recommend Baa’s House to anyone!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I wanted a special pan which was out of stock at the time. I spoke to a lady via the online messaging who promised to contact me as soon as they were back in stock. As promised I received notice, placed my order and two days later it arrived. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you

Very helpful business owner
After checking online I found the item I was looking for was out of stock so I called the number and spoke to Nihal who said they had just found two of them and to leave it 5mins and he would update the website.
Went back to website, placed my order and it was with me before the end of the week.
Excellent customer service.
Would highly recommend.
