I really have been patiently waiting for my redemption that I put in on the 27th at 10:30 PM but what’s ridiculous is every time I message them they just keep giving me a runaround. I want them to know what makes them think that they want people to pay for SC packages in they sure take that money from the customer pretty quick but when that customer wins, they make them sit and wait for it. What kind of service is that? That’s bad business I’m not understanding how they don’t see that get it together Baba and maybe even myself will start paying for packages again.

Prizeout never takes 10 days to send out a giftcard but only baba casino purposely delays a redemption for 10 STRAIGHT DAYS to get paid. Sketchy redemption time
I like the games but the redemption time is not for the weary. My first redemption took about 2 days but the second one… let’s just say I’m on business day 9. I reached out to customer service and they advised it can take up to 10 business days to receive the funds. Play somewhere else if you want your money sooner. I have been playing slots for years and I’ve never had to wait this long. Once I receive my redemption I’m closing my account.
