Horrible Product & stitching

I ordered a Jacket, around 5,000rs online. They took 1.5months to send it. When it came it had no resemblance with what I had ordered in terms of Shine on the product. They shared a pic of Suttle color but sent a overly shiny product. The stitching was horrible. It seemed a carpenter has stiched. No proper cuts n stich, just a straight jacket stich. Now I have to give it to a tailer to design it better.
The material is horrible
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I placed an order for a jacket a month…

I placed an order for a jacket a month ago, and as of today no information on shipping the item. I have emailed them, WhatsApped them and after a response of “we will get back to you” no reply from them.
Very disappointed and upset. Asking for my order to be cancelled and amount refunded but no response to that either.

Threads are coming out in multiple…

Threads are coming out in multiple places in the satin dress i ordered. The owner is refusing a refund claiming that I have damaged the dress, although i sent evidence within 2 hrs of receiving the product. Company doesn't give invoice either. Owner is rude and she blocks customers when she cant resolve issues. Pls red reviews on her facebook page About section for other customer complaints.
