However, as outlined on our website and in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking, once an order has been accepted by a provider, any changes must be requested directly through our team. In this case, rather than submitting a modification request, the original order was cancelled and a new one was placed. As a result, and in line with our policy, a refund for the cancelled order is unfortunately not possible as it was last minute order.
