The shop was great 10 years ago. I made a few orders 2016 and 2017.
I wanted to reorder some stuff last month.
Got throught and paid.
No message, no confirmation email, nothing.
My card was charged however.

Even though the site appears to be active, it doesn't seem to be updated anymore.
There are no contact details in the legal notice—no name, nothing.
The contact form doesn't work either.

This webshop is a trap in it's current state and should be deactivated.

I'm a software engineer and I tried hard to create an account but failed. Then I tried to send the owner a message and that was rejected.
I tried to spend money here...but failed.
Owner really needs to switch to a modern store front like Shopify!

What a way to avoid contacting customers.
PS - i paid via CC they accepted oder value $188.00
LOST THAT MONEY

Zero customer service before or after order. Item arrived with loose snaps that broke on the very first use. Sent a message to them asking for assistance and was ignored by customer service.

Poorly made products, zero customer service. They gain one star because they technically delivered the product. 2/5.
