Fast delivery, excellent service and cheaper than anywhere else

Honestly they have soo much to choose from it’s unbelievable. The amount of different Cybex bundles they have is insane. I found the perfect bundle for my needs that I could not find anywhere else. Other retailers have nothing on this company when it comes to choice. It’s a shame I didn’t come across them sooner when searching the web.. it’s only by chance they popped up in an Advert on my instagram. My delivery said 5-10 working days which I was fine with as I had gone months without a double pram so a few more days wouldn’t hurt.. but my item arrived the next day no messing about!! I was extremely happy with the service, price, delivery and my pram its self. Can’t not recommend enough.

I do not recommend this store. I bought a jogging stroller. Paid an awful lot of money. From the word go it has been faulty. The back wheels are constantly flat. The front wheel is squint and constantly turns right even when I don’t want it to. The breaks don’t work. They will NOT refund me. I haven’t been able to use the buggy properly since I got it and now can’t use it at all. It has put my son in dangerous position when the buggy tipped on a bus due to break not working. They keep telling me to send it back for fault testing with no buggy to use. They have scammed me and I would not recommend! Reporting to trading standards.

My order was placed on 27 June. Although I selected the free No-Rush delivery, I was repeatedly given different explanations about when the order would actually be dispatched. After numerous emails, I was eventually told that the stock had been available since 1 July and had been reserved specifically for my order, but that it would simply remain waiting because standard delivery orders are prioritised over No-Rush orders. At no point could anyone provide a realistic dispatch date.

The delivery itself was even worse.

The courier left a large delivery outside the apartment building instead of bringing it inside to the communal entrance. My wife was home alone with our baby and was expected to carry the delivery up to the third floor by herself.

When I complained, the store simply referred me to their “front door delivery” policy. However, leaving a delivery outside a block of flats is not what most customers would reasonably understand as delivery to the front door. Even after raising this concern, they would not clearly explain whether leaving goods outside the building is actually their standard.

The products may be fine, but the overall customer experience was not. Poor communication, excessive waiting despite stock being available, and an unacceptable delivery experience have left me with no confidence in ordering from this retailer again.

I thought I’d ordered the wrong model, and the customer service was absolutely second to none! Well CS team. You put my mind at rest, even when only half Oder was delivered in the morning and the main box on the afternoon, you were there to reassure me all was good.

Great service, order delivered on time and in perfect condition. Ordered their most expensive pram. Free gift too.

Perfect quality fast delivery

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I purchased a travel pram at the end of May and had to wait four weeks for a free delivery on an £300 order.
Two weeks in I called to check whether it is in stock and was assured it was.
2 days before the 4 weeks was due I received an email explaining they only had one in stock and it was damaged so I have to wait a further 3 weeks for the item to come into stock.
7 weeks for delivery!!
When I asked for compensation I was offered a measly 5% “goodwill gesture” as if they are doing me a favour..
Shocking customer service, absolutely no attempt to make right by their customers or correct their mistakes.
Even after all this the item is still showing as in stock on their website, so they can trap and mislead more people.
Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic company

The customer service team were extremely understanding and accommodating after I discovered a technical issue with an item I purchased. They contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement. Throughout the process I really appreciated their patience and professionalism.

Good price, delivery as advertised - a seamless experience

I placed an order for a avionaut stardust car seat which I paid for economy postage but it still came within a couple of days. I also received a free gift which was lovely. It was well packaged and delivered with care.
