Would give this company 0 stars if I could. They do not reply to e-mails or social media messages. They don’t seem to send your order either, they do take your money though. Delivery time of 2-4 weeks is ages anyway but I’m past that an havnt heard a thing. AVOID. I will be claiming back with my bank. Awful company.

I have to take back my last review as Baby and the Bear delivered my daughters twin cosy outfits this evening. It has taken over 4 weeks to come from Merseyside but thank goodness they are here. They are actually really cute as in the picture and very good value.

I wish i had read these earlier! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't send any of the goods and you don't get any replies to emails or instagram messages.

Absolute sham of a website! I wish I had looked at trust pilot sooner before ordering a coat from here!!
I ordered a coat in march and have contacted them several times via the contact form and Instagram and no reply !!! I then wrote a comment on one of their posts and they have since blocked me!

I hope no one else orders from them because you definitely won’t get your money back!!!

Appalling customer service, items sent after 6 weeks. One item missing and 3 others the completely wrong size to what I ordered. No response from them when informed. Don't use!!

Wouldn't shop here again although i did like the items that did arrive. Ordered in September 2022. 2 out if 3 items arrived end of Nov 2022. Contacted the company via their contact us form and had no reply. Contacted again and received a reply from a person's email 4 weeks later apologising and would rectify the issue and send out another item in the bigger size. Great!!!......that was Nov 2022 and its now end of Jan 2023 and still no order has arrived. Emailed again through contact form, direct reply to the original email and now on Instagram messenger. Still no reply. The items that did arrive were lovely but won't order again due to delays and lack of response.

UPDATE - I got a reply through Instagram messenger after almost 2 days and getting a refund for my missing item. Very apologetic but still wouldn't order again. If you don't mind waiting then order away

Awful awful experience, never received goods. No reply to any emails had to chase on Instagram. Constant lies about items being posted but unable to provide tracking numbers. Even though their postage clearly states royal mail recorded signed for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed my order 7 weeks ago and still haven't received any update. Initially they responded to my Instagram post to say there is a delay in delivery but since then they have ignored my correspondence. I can see from the reviews that the majority of customers are in the same boat and it looks like the goods have never existed. I've raised a dispute with my bank and a civil claim to ensure they cannot continue to do this to potential customers. Absolutely shocking that they have been able to continue to operate.

Awful experience. Horrendous goods not as shown on photo, no response to email. Having to chargeback on credit card due to no response.

I purchased an item some weeks ago, it has never arrived and I heard nothing from the company. I emailed them (no number) and they said it had been delivered a couple of weeks ago but I never received any notificaiton of dispatch or delivery and no attempt to deliver it was made. I replied telling them this some days ago and haven't heard back. Am worried it's a sham company.

Ordered a weaning bib for my daughter from their website. It has been over a month and still no product received. They have taken payment, and now I have had to buy another weaning bib from somewhere else, so it’s cost me twice as much as it should have.

Tried contacting them via their website but they did not even bother to reply.

Will not be using them again.

Such beautiful items , good quality and good choice of sizes.
Ordered many times , items always delivered in good time and if some items may take longer to arrive this is stated on the item

Adore this website, we love their new weaning range such good quality. We love the changing mat designs and we have a beautiful romper and two tracksuits which are externally good sizes and wash well and are very stylish.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order a month ago and have not received any update on it. The order hasn’t even been processed, packaged, or anything. The order consists of 13 items. My sister and I have tried reaching out through the website and had no response. Through Instagram they are only telling us to keep waiting and be patient. They deleted our comment off of their Instagram picture. Any help would be appreciated. Never will order again

Lovely packaged items and I love the clothes. I have had many items and get a lot of comments when my baby wears them about how lovely they are.

I love this company. One of my favourite companies to get clothes from for my little boy. I have bought several items from baby and the bear & have never been disappointed. There is a delay in the delivery, but that is clearly stated on their website. Highly recommend.
