I ordered an item from these guys in June and still have not received it. They keep pushing it off on the post office.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I purchased this online as I was caring for my son who has since sadly passed away. I have had to continually email the company with the same response "delays with postage". This is something that I have not needed to deal with and the company is fully aware of my circumstances. I purchased this in May of this year (2020). Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from this company. You may not received your item. I was so embarrassed that my niece did not have the gift I wanted for her and had to purchase something else.

They don’t get back to you. Ordered month’s ago. These were for a baby shower well babies are here and I had no gift. I am afraid that they think I lie when I said I sent a gift. I wish I had seen Trustpilot reviews before I bought these because I never would never have bought them. I have emailed them three times and got nowhere.

Bought one of the elephants first of July. Haven’t seen it yet !!!! Keep getting the same message when asking about it. It’s been held up because of Covid and been assigned to someone. Over and over again !!!!!! This is a scam just trying to get your money !!!!! Do not order from them!!!!! This was for a very special baby shower now there is nothing and my money is gone !!!!!!!!’

It’s been nearly 3 months since the order was “shipped”. It says the tracking number expired and never received the order. Scam! Don’t trust!

Very disappointed. No refund available, and product is an absolute waste of money!!!! Took about 4 months to get here and customer service TRASH!!!! Do not, I really mean this, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Very deceitful. False advertising.

I just received my elephant. Very dissatisfying. Barely stuffed and small.

There isn’t an option for zero stars... but I would give a huge zero!!! I ordered the elephant 2 months ago!! Still no sign!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Reading through the reviews there certainly seems to be a recurring theme here.. take your money.. in return you get nothing!!! Do not buy from this website!!! These gifts on Babycalm are for newborns, how dare you pray on people’s affections and the gifts they want to buy for their future children, grandchildren etc etc!!! There’s so much more I can add but I need to move on and breath!!

This company is a scam. They give you the run around when you inquire about your package. I ordered my elephant end of May and we are going into August with no elephant in sight. 3 months is ridiculous. I wish I could give a -ve star review. All your told is be patient and then it's blamed on Covid. Nothing even with Covid has taken this long to come to me. Don't waste your time ordering from this site.

Ordered May 13 and as of Jul 24, item has not arrived. They give me a shipping number and it appears the item arrived in the United States on July 15, however no other activity since then. I understand COVID has caused some delays, but once it is here in the states what is their excuse. Will never buy from here again. I would give 0 stars if I could

I realize because of this covid crisis things are slow but over two months really. Customer service is no help they keep changing my order number. It's apparently lost or this company is a scam

Disgusting - I ordered my item in May and still haven't received it. I have emailed and they blamed Covid for the delay. 2 months later, I still don't have the item and they now won't return my emails or refund my money.

I ordered on 3 May and paid for priority delivery today is 7 July and still no delivery.when I contacted babycalm their response was we can no longer track your order as it has been given to the postal service
have requested a refund several times but they are no longer responding to my email
DO NOT buy from this company they take your money & give you nothing in return
