Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service. I made an order and then shortly after the same day realised I had a valid member voucher code in my email that I hadn't seen and therefore not used. Sent an email to customer service to ask if there was any chance that I could use the code on the order that I had just made. They refunded the money for me! So helpful and quick to reply. Thanks for a great shopping experience :)

Wrong stroller ID tag sent to me, twice
I initially ordered a stroller ID tag, but the wrong item was sent to me. After reaching out, we agreed that I would return the incorrect item and they would send me the correct one.
However, despite returning the wrong item as instructed, I was sent the same incorrect item again. This has been extremely disappointing, and I am at a loss for how to proceed.
