VERY long delivery time

VERY long delivery time, more than 3 weeks! very slow responses from customer service, no apologies etc. Prices for expensive products are somewhat attractive but next time I'll definitely buy from a more reliable shop, to get what I want in a couple of days.

Disappointing communication and broken delivery promise

I placed an order with the expectation it would be delivered in 1–3 days, as promised on the website. It's now been over 8 days since the purchase, and I still haven’t received the item.

I only found out it was out of stock after chasing them myself — there was no proactive communication or apology. When I finally received a vague update, I replied immediately, but got no clear answer or confirmed dispatch date.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. If you’re expecting timely delivery and professional communication, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.
