I deeply regret shopping from this brand without checking this site first. From what I understand, they sell items that are actually out of stock, and even though the product could normally arrive the day after it’s shipped, it might take over two weeks to be delivered. What’s worse, I received no update or communication about the item after waiting for a whole week. When I contacted customer service, they casually told me I could just cancel the order. I may get my money back, but can I get back the time I lost because of your dishonest practices? Time is more valuable than anything
