This website is a total scam! Don’t buy from them.

This website is a total scam. We order furniture for our new born over a month ago, had no news, then they asked us to make a full transfer saying that the order will be sent over in a day, when the money got transferred they canceled the order and no news at all, no refund. Total scam, and so unfair for parents with kids. Never buy from them and I really hope they will get punished for their scam system!

Bad experience

Bad experience. They don’t respect the delivery date promised (after 6 weeks they keep sayng it will arrive next week 😂). In order to cancel the order I had to call them because they never answer to e-mails and their web site is also a disaster.
I’m 36 weeks pregnant, the baby can come anytime and I still don’t have a car seat. Don’t count on Babyjoe, they are a mess.

I would have given no stars at all

I would have given no stars at all. Items marked as 'available in 2 weeks' are not available more than a month later. I prepaid my order and have now been waiting for 6 weeks to get a refund on the unfulfilled portion of my order. The delay has been explained by their customer service by 'reorganisation of the accounts system'. I have still waiting a refund of almost CHF 2000. Beware!

False product descriptions

Stay away from Babyjoe!! They advertised an article in a pack of 3 and deliver single items. They then offered a “discount” that meant the articles were still 50% more expensive than advertised. We had to pay for the return shipping of this wrong delivery!!! And ever since we’ve returned the items, customer service has stopped communicating. Babyjoe makes blatant mistakes that they’re fully aware of and then makes their customers pay for these mistakes.

Terrible

Terrible. Website and helpline only available in German. Delivery « promised  » for 15th June but now only due to arrive at the end of August. It’s baby equipment for our bike so our whole summer holiday plans for cycling have been ruined. Will not use website again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. We ordered a parasol for a stroller almost 2 months ago (!!) and still haven't received it. No email or notice during the order from babjoe to inform us that the product wasn't available immediately, no possibility to cancel. We called after 1 month of waiting. Terrible client services. I will never order anything else on this website.
Absolutely do not recommend

Great customer service

Great customer service! I had a product that quickly became discoloured and looked awful, was expensive so not ideal! BabyJo customer service team were able to work with the manufacturer to quickly resolve the problem and offer me a new product, which I was extremely happy and relieved about. Would recommend them for sure. I’ve purchased many other items from them and always perfect!

Information about the availability of product

Information about the availability of the product on website is not reliable. According to the information on the day of purchase, the sunglasses should be available on April 30, so I placed the order, hoping for delivery at the beginning of May. I didn't received any information about delivery for 2weeks. After I complain I got news that maybe in the middle of May missing product will be available so then parcel will be sent.....?!

Rude and incompetent

After one month of chasing around to prove my payment that they claimed not to have received (despite their confirmation of payment email), I received the products but I am still waiting for an apology. When I told them I was not a happy customer they told that this mix up my fault! If you can get the same products elsewhere then do not waste your time.

Incompetent

The second time I ordered. And will never order from them anymore.
The wrote “sofort lieferbar” but until 10 days I received NOTHING!

Do not bother to order anything from them. Unless you have time more than 1 month to received your products

Ordered lego for my godchild

Ordered lego for my godchild. Received email next day that the order had been cancelled. Then later received another email about a technical issue, which was in response to a completely different customer (a Frau, and I am a Herr).

Avoid.

Really frustrating experience

Really frustrating experience! 3 orders within 6 months. 3 times they ask fir payment and do not send me what I have ordered!!! 1 time: ordered several items. One of them was out if stock and then first 2 months they wrote me mails asking, if I still want to wait as it ll be delivered next week! Never happened. Summer was over I got my money back. 2: ordered 2 boxes of pampers. Recieved only one, but they charged me for 2 and never agreed to send me the second box. 3: ordered 3 items in August. All were on stock. My credit card was debited, but till now (November) i did not receive any of them! I can't get my money back. The refuse to do it.
