I placed an email order for £940 for a TFK pram and accessories on 28th March with Ian, who said it would dispatch on 30th March. It is now 28th April and I have not even had a tracking link. Throughout this time I have phoned 30 times, getting to speak to someone around 5 times, and had several emails exchanged with Ian. Every time he is friendly and apologetic, explains that they’re short staffed / personal circumstances and promises to follow up my order with the warehouse the same day, yet he never calls me back or actually dispatches my order. I’ve explained several times how desperate we are for the pram to arrive as my little one has outgrown her bassinet, and we only went with Babylicious because of the quick dispatch he promised. I’m sick of the false assurances and dishonest business being done and have now asked for a refund so I can place an order elsewhere as I just need the pram urgently now. Really disappointed in the service here.

Brilliant service all round! Ian was great from the get go, very knowledgeable and helped us get the right carseat for our needs and budget. Updated us as soon as the carseat was available for collection and even showed us how it attached to our pram (with the right adapters) as we had no idea 😅. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back to babylicious for any other items we need in the future. Thank you again Ian, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Lovely shop. The owners - who I spoke to both via email (very responsive) and in-person were incredibly helpful. They guided my purchase with their in-depth knowledge and without being pushy sales-people.

Poor customer service after ordering
Very knowledgable when ordering products, paid in full at time of ordering was told 4 weeks for delivery after 6 weeks and no information received I contacted the shops manager/owner to be given excuses re shipping. I reiterated the importance of customer care after making a sale. No communication continues until I then had to contact again after nearly 10 weeks from order date. I still felt like I was being fobbed off and was still not given any clear time frame for delivery. The arrival of my grandson was becoming more imminent. The delivery date for pram, car seat, bedroom furniture was still no clearer. Left with no choice but to cancel the order, causing stress to my expectant daughter in law who is now due next month. Refund issued.

If you’re expecting a little one this is the place to go . From the day we went in unsure of what pram we wanted Ian was amazing helped us look at different prams untill we found the one. Took his time to show us everything the pram does including the car seat. From placing the order up untill are pram arrived in store we was kept in the loop. Brilliant service thank you again Ian

Delivery was excellent, ordered on Thursday received on Saturday great price and better than expected product, communication with Ian was superb, definitely recommend Babylicious and if I need anything else I know who to call !

Arrived here had a nice cold drink and felt well relax due to a lovely atmosphere inside

Ordered with this company beginning of April, no emails not kept up to date actually thought I’d been scammed. Rang the company advised my product was out of stock but wasn’t made aware when ordering or once I’d ordered. The man who answered the phone wasn’t very helpful and very defensive. I advised I’ll order else where he put other companies down and was quite curt. Again no correspondence rang again was told I hadn’t emailed on the 14th which I had he was looking at the follow up email as I still hadn’t heard anything again quite rude on the phone. If they was more helpful and spoke more politely I would have left the order with them still no refund no emails just silence and attitude definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Update sharyn has now contacted me and taken over sent me the money this money thank god this company has her she’s been amazing!

From ordering to receiving went above and beyond always kept in the loop and even offer the gift wrap service. Absolutely amazing staff/business. Delivery is an option and will always keep you updated on this throughout.
I highly recommend and I will be making my next purchase again very soon.

Ordered my daughters Roma Polly Sequin pram for them for Christmas for my little girl so we haven’t actually used it yet but the customer services was excellent and I would use again, I also got it at an amazing price too which was an added bonus!! 😁

Just wonderful. My soft and wild leopard and tiger capes just arrived and they are such good quality, really lovely my grandchildren will be thrilled. I was very happy with the service and communication, Ian was very helpful and informative, would definitely buy from here again.

If you’re expecting a little un, this is the one stop shop for you, from our first visit we knew we could trust Ian to deliver.

From the get go we were shown everything you could ever imagine and more importantly than anything is aftercare.

We’re first time parents and Ian’s been a great help making sure we have everything we need, and following up checking in that everything’s okay.

10/10 super knowledgeable and highly reccomend.

Best experience buying our first pram and accessories! We were completely clueless on what we were looking for but as soon as we walked in we had Ian’s full attention and be spent over an hour with us, even asking people to come back shortly so he wasn’t flickering between customers! He explained everything perfectly & we got our perfect pram! We also got our car seat, next to me crib and nursery furniture from him and have had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend Babhliscious as after visiting other stores we definitely did not receive the same standard of knowledge, help and honesty from anywhere else. Infact - some stores didn’t even welcome us in! Our pram was then set up for us on collection & boxes discarded of! Beware though - this won’t be a quick pit stop, you’ll be chatting away for atleast an hour each time haha!

I bought my Venicci pram in store along with nursery furniture however I canceled my furniture order and Ian transferred it into store credit so I was able to get something else worth the amount I had payed off this furniture so today I ordered a car seat for my daughter ready to collect next week!

If this is a legitimate business then they need to make immediate changes to their business practices. Ordered a Cybex Base T in April. In stock shown on website (and still is shown as in stock right now). No update and no dispatch for over a month. Asked for refund, was ignored. Raised a case on PayPal, was told it would be dispatched next week. 2 weeks later no dispatch. Got money back through PayPal dispute team and Babylicious didn't even bother to respond to them. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pram seat liner April 17th (said it was in stock). Haven’t received any product and haven’t heard from the company at all. Emailed them on May 26th asking for an update, no reply. Order 1000005196 if you see this, customer service. I’d like a refund because I have ordered this elsewhere - I urgently needed it. Disappointing experience, don’t recommend.

This company have taken my money but not provided the product. Their communication has been terrible and rude. I have now had to report them to trading standards. Please dont purchase from them.
