Don't buy from here my daughter paid for a item worth £160 in July 1st one was lost sent a replacement never received at all now we have been blocked so can't message them trading standards are involved so gave them a date for the money to be refunded wish now we had read the comments on here before placing the order.

Never buy from this site. I ordered an item back middle of June and not received it and no refund as of yet and now their website is down and they don't reply to emails but you do eventually get an answer via fb messenger.... I'm still waiting on a refund but luckily it was not an expensive item I ordered from them but all the same I got the money to buy the item as a gift for my newborn son at the time...... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and they just SCAM and CON people out of their money....

This company is a scam they take your money thrn tell u its stuck in customs thrn told me its out for delivery thrn told me they will check with there manager thrn told me the accountant going to give me money thrn more rubbish that they have refunded me ... I told them no u haven't thrn they said let check and haven't heard nothing since just ignoring me my order was place on 16th of July how do I report this company

Do not order off this site huge scam!!! I made a order back in May after several attempts of trying to contact them they finally said they would refund me back in August. I still have not received my refund. Stay clear!!

Never buy anything from this company the scam you ,you will never receive your goods or your money back all they say is your goods are on the way and worse when you ask for your money back they tell you it will be in your bank in 5-7 days and then say or sorry 5-10 day .

Didn't really want to give even one star,this company is disgraceful,ordered 4rd June,still no goods no refund no reply,this company should be looked into for their scaming people out of money and promise of goods and no refunds.

Scam company. Could not make contact with the company. Managed to find them on Facebook and made contact through there. Fobbed off with your order will be due Wednesday every week. Replies were not professional and when I confronted them it was a scam I got a reply a second later stating ‘it was the manager’ Currently claiming money back from my bank and reporting it as an online scam.

Took my money, yet no item has been received…. Emails ignored. Telephone never answered!!

I made & paid for an order on 21st June 2021 and haven't yet received my goods. Sent numerous emails, only to receive automated reply to say they will contact within 3 days, but no contacts made so far. I have tried calling them on the number provided but noone picks up the phone. Please avoid this company at any cost. They are scamming people and need to be reported for fraud.

This company will steal from you!! They send you a product that is nothing like the picture and once you ask for a refund they stop contacting you and block you on all social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Please do not fall for their ridiculous discounts and pictures because its not what they advertise.

Please read these reviews before you purchase.. they are thieves and its a scam company.

Very bad company! Doesn't reply to mails, doesn't reply to messages and doesn't reply to phone calls. No shipping information and no money back. I think is a scam company!
