If i could have presented 0! Stars i would have done so. This website is not of their word they made a mistake with my dress n the shipping was delayed, and now i have to miss my last prom that i have been waiting for 3 years now! Because of their mistake i won't get my dress on time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM they will truly shatter your dream of a perfect prom dress. Now it is to late for me to get another dress i have no choice to not to attend. And all the customer service could have said was "sorry but i hope u get it on time" Unacceptable!!!

I am extremely pleased with my order. I specifically chose babyonlinedress.com after researching and comparing reviews with other companies. THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST. The reviews I watched and read were saying they produce it like the pictures accurately. I was sceptical at first but they do not lie. I also had a few request and with their great customer service they replied within a day or two and also fulfilled all my request. Price is reasonable and delivery is fast, got mind within a week and I ordered from England. This company is very professional and I just got and tried on my dress yesterday and I have already gotten compliments from family and friends that have seen it, they say it was "made really well and must know what they're doing". Only thing I would advice is to get a size up for the top half of your dress if you order a two piece. Other wise it's beautifully made rather than other disappointing companies I've heard of that do not create what they display. This my first time ordering a dress for a big event online and I'll definitely do it again and recommended others to do so.

I was hosting a red carpet so I ordered this dress from the vendor. I absolutely loveeeeeeeeed my dress. This was my first time ordering from this company so I was a bit skeptical about it. I messaged the vendor she replied right away. She did every single thing I asked her. She sent the dress to me very fast. I would recommend this vendor. The only thing I would say was the size, please order 1 size up based on your body's shape. Other than that I will order from them again. 5 stars all the way.

I am so heartbroken by this experience. Before ordering, I exchanged several emails and pictures with the sales rep and she told me not to worry everything would be fine. I was extremely thorough about what I wanted and what I did not want. I even sent in my own measurements. Needless to say, the dress arrived one week before my ceremony and it was awful. It was supposed to resemble the Gisele by Galia Lahav and it wasn't even close. It was supposed to be an illusion back gown, to give the appearance of a backless dress. The tulle was visible on my skin and there was a snag in it. It was supposed to have lace traps but instead it was tulle with a lace appliqué sewn on top. There was no structure or shape to the bodice of the gown and the sweetheart neckline was illy constructed and on top of that it did not fit! I could not even zip it. The zipper felt like it was very cheap. I'm 100% devastated over the position that I am in, one week before my ceremony. This was my first and last time doing business with them unfortunately and I do expect a FULL REFUND!

DRESS WAS AMAZING!! Shipping was fast, and customer service was great. Only downfall was the sequins on the dress fell off throughout the night. Other than that very satisfied.

Dress came exactly as I wanted it ! Came in less than 3 days! Excellent service!

At first I was worried that the dress wouldn't look like the picture and also about the arrival of the dress. I emailed them and they responded every time I did and reassured me that the dress would arrive on time. They made sure it came earlier than expected, so that I can make adjustments if possible. When the dress arrived it looked exactly like how it was in the picture and it fit perfectly. I have curves and it definitely complimented my curves. Overall my dress was the best at prom, everyone loved it. I would just say if your order your dress online definitely order it at a month in advance to the date of the event.

This company is the worst. I ordered a dress from them and it came extremely poorly sewn. The bottom was uneven, the zip was uneven, the sleeves were made of stiff curtain fabric and the bodice was see-through (not lined at all) . the dress was the wrong size even though i gave them exact measurements as well. I asked for a refund but they are refusing to give one.. Appalling!!!!!!

I honestly feel like no matter what you're taking a risk ordering from this site. I was SO NERVOUS to order I read through so many reviews watched so many YouTube videos but I decided to take that risk. I know you are going through the same thing and so confused on wether to order or not because of the mixed reviews. I swear I'm not some paid review this is whole heartedly how I feel. MY DRESS IS AMAZING. It came a week and 2 days earlier then it was suppose to. The first thing I did was contact customer service and I was emailing someone named karasui. He/ she was amazing!!! I probably emailed over 14 times and they replied back as soon as they could with amazing customer service. You have to remember the time difference. There it is 3 am when in America it's 3 pm. I told Karasui that the due date that it was suppose to come was really cutting it close to my prom and somehow I guess she worked her magic and got it here a week earlier! Opening that package I was so nervous but when I saw the dress it looks just like the pic! Exactly like it, it actually looked even better in person the detailing. I put in my custom measurements but it's a little to big which is completely fine because I would rather it be to big than small I can easily get it tailored. I repeatedly told Karasui I wanted the dress just like the picture nothing changed and repeatedly asked her to make sure those details were on the dress. I feel like the people who have a problem ask to change things on there dress and there is miscommuncation. If you are going to order order same as picture!!! I also feel like some people were just unlucky. Ordering you are taking that risk but I am so happy I took it!!! Its a scam, save your money, shop somewhere else. Its a fraud website. I had a very untrustful experience, I ordered a dress from here, which never arrived, & neither did they refund the money & went remote silent when I emailed them. Horrible experience

Their customer service is great. I was a little bit worried about the dress but when it came it was beautiful it was just like the picture. The shipping was super fast too it took 3 days to ship my dress. Overall i really an impress with the quality of the dress for a cheap price.

Omg, I dont know where to start!!!
First let me just say if you are unsure if ordering a dress from babyonline dress...DONT BE. I have read review after reviews and i was still nervous to purchase with this being my wedding plus i had so little time left. I finally went ahead and ordered the dress. Karasui was FANTASTIC with keeping intouch with me through email. I purchased the dress April 13th and i received it on May 7th. It came sooner than i was told which wqs exciting. I could believe what i saw 😢 it was my wedding dress. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!! The fabric was good thick gorgeousgorgeous. I got sooo many great compliment. I cant stop looking at the dress. Im so thankful that i took my chances with babyonlinedress. My advise will be to go to a place that can measure you for perfect alterations before you purchase your dress so that it can fit your shape perfectly. This is my 4th time buying dresses from @babyonlinedress. And every time I do i just fall more and more in love with these gowns. My very first dress was in 2015 , that's my wedding gown so beautiful 😍 then i bought a gown for my sister to wear to my reception, she loved it. In 2016 i bought another gown for myself and my mother for a wedding but the wedding got canceled but I still got to wear it to another wedding reception in 2017 April 3rd and so did mom.we both love our gown.
I always buy all my dresses from babyonlinedress.the shipping is super fast and the gown is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very quality dresses .to be honest they always come up with very pretty design and patterns. I can't wait to order my next dress. I love my dress. It looks like the picture. The original dress was gold top and a white mermaid style. I changed the color of the dress to burgundy mermaid style with a gold top. I recommend going a size up. I love their customer service. Very good quality. The price was great. I recommend talking to customer service to see your update with your order. I gave it a 4/5 because the order came a week late.

At first i was really nervous about buying from this website because there was a few good review and alot of bad ones but i decided to try it out and i'm happy i did the dress i received is beautiful the quality is great .....i'm inlove i will be ordering from them very soon

I Honestly Thought My Dress Wasnt Going To Come But It Only Took A Month For My Dress To Come.. My Dress Was Beautiful Except In The Picture It Look Like They Had Feathers At The Bottom Of The Dress But They Replace It With Roses Which I Didnt Mind. Im Assuming Since I Had Gotten Another Color They Didnt Have The Feathers. But I Am Glad Tht This Dress Came Out Right Because I Thought It Wouldnt!

Ok so I order the dress then seen all the the bad reviews but let me tell you for the price of the dress I'm very surprised at the work on the dress it niece for the price !! The dress had a Satan bottom and beaded top we had to get it taken in a little but my daughter looked so pretty for prom that I cried and that's something I really don't do we had a hard time this year with my daughter father being out the pictures money is not a a problem when it comes to our daughter but this year I had to do all the financial part he does so we had a budget for every thing I'll say this was 200 well spent I'd say !
