I dont trust this store, to much bad reviews!!!

I ordered a dress for my step daughter to wear to my upcoming wedding! I placed the order 2 months ago! The dress never arrived and I haven’t received a refund!!!!

They are bunch of thieves they steal my money and never send the dress

I ordered the dress 2 months before the the wedding and they keep pushing the delivery date every week until 10 days before the wedding then they told they can't send the dress! And i told them to send my money back . Two weeks after i asked for a refund i received an email saying that you are refunded but I didn't receive anything on my bank account i kept asking them for refund and they just keep procrastinating and lying

And now 4 months after I order from them

I didn't receive niether my money nor the dress!

Absolutely disgusting. This prom dress is so hideously made I wouldn't even wear it for a Halloween costume. This company should be ashamed of itself for advertising prom dresses. They are taking money from teenage girls who think they have ordered their dream prom dress. Do not order from this company.

JUST HORRIBLE. I ordered a beautiful dress as seen like the picture on the website for my senior prom... and it came nothing like the picture! and now I realized I did check reviews on their website but I should've known something was wrong when there wasn't at least one bad review. I am BEYOND disappointed I gave custom measurements and the dress was still all wrong man. If it wasn't for covid-19 cancellations I would've been out of a dress for prom man its so sad. And then as I proceeded to try and get my money back CUSTOMER SERVICE wants to take forever to respond and they don't really help when giving return instructions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DRESS ONLINE EVER AGAIN!

Omg.... I ordered my daughter's prom dress. It arrived today and it is beautiful. It fits her very well and the dress itself is marvelous. My daughter loves it.... Although due to the virus her prom is cancelled we are very pleased.

My senior year I decided to buy a dress from this store because on picture they look beautiful but in reality they are made of very cheap materials! The dresses don't look not even similar to what you see on the picture! I'm not only talking about me because my best friend bought hers at the same time as I did buy mine from this store and they both came horrible... Let me tell you, the dress comes in a plastic bag at first looked like a trash bag to me! First impressions were already horrifying!! I cried sooooo much because at first they were being nice about it and saying they could help me, at the end they don't, they text you until the 14 day hit and then you have no way on how to return... they just waste your time with multiple questions!!! I with I could show you guys what the dresses look like in person...... HORRIBLE! This store in a scam.... and customer service is horrible!! If you end up buying a dress from this store, I'm just letting you know your going to get very dissapointed! There are no words to describe how horrible this store is........

They put this beautiful dress on the site, I fell in love with it, it was stunning. Until... the dress came. The dress was huge, huge it didn’t fit me at all even after I put custom measurements on the site while ordering they still managed to mess it up. The dress was supposed to have little diamonds and sparkles and a nice cutout one the sides but they couldn’t even do that. Hey babyonlinedress, if you’re going to display such a beautiful dress put in the damn effort to make it come out as so. Instead you have me this ugly dress for prom that I have to return, but you guys take forever to reply to emails so I’m stuck until you do. Never ordering again.

This dress is soooo pretty but since I’m 4’8 this dress was tooooo long! You guys should try making a extra small.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter ordered her prom dress from Babyonlinedress. The dress was not the dress she ordered. The dress looked nothing like the advertised picture. My daughter horrified and upset. Thank God we ordered the dress months before her senior prom. At least I have time to find her another dress. I’m mad that I’m out of $200!!😡😡😡😡😳

Very poor customer service. The phone number listed just rings and rings. I received a random text message stating since the discount wasn’t applied I’d get a freebie never happen received my four dresses the zipper was broken on one. I sent an email immediately explaining the zipper was broken. The response from customer service basically accused me of breaking the zipper. I asked for a refund was told no finally after multiple emails back and forth and threatening to go through PayPal directly for a refund I was sent this random address to return the dress, but it stated after inspection of the dress we’ll decide if money will be refunded. I decided to just cut my losses it wasn’t worth it to spend more money to ship it back. So beware this company is very rude and unprofessional. Not once between all the emails did the rep apologize. Basically I was told to bad so sad. The only suggestion was put butter on the zipper so it won’t stick. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and prices pay a little more for a more reputable company who will stand behind their merchandise.

Im very desapointed with my dress.. The style, color it’s 100% different from the website! I have been trying to return my dress and get my refund but the customer service it is awful .

Absolutely terrible customer service and dressmaking. I ordered a dress and it looked somewhat like the advertised pictures but way way way too big. I emailed the company asking for either a full refund or an exchange in sizes and they refused. We were in a back and forth email war. They said that they don’t refund customised sizes but I did not customise my dress, I chose a size from the options provided, according to my size as I followed the size chart to be exactly my measurements. When it came it was about 3-4 sizes too big. As they would not refund or exchange my dress I went to get it tailored to get it smaller (more money to be spent) but not even they could do anything as it was too big. I do not recommend this company as they are scammers and only want your hard earned money. Helping a sis out x

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!! PURCHASED A DRESS AND WHEN I RECEIVED WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AS WELL AS THE COLOR THAT WAS CHOSEN. PURCHASED THE DRESS IN BLUSH PINK AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A BUBBLEGUM PINK, VERY UGLY. THE MATERIAL WAS LIKE A THICK FISH NET, FELT AWFUL. REACHED OUT AND EXPLAINED MY THOUGHTS AND ASKED TO HAVE IT RETURNED AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS "IF MY EVENT WAS SO SPECIAL I SHOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE" AFTER A RETURN WAS NOT MENTIONED AND THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME FURTHER, THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL EMAILS AFTER. I DID DISPUTE THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING TO RETURN BACK TO CHINA TO GET MY REFUND. THESE PPL ARE A FRAUD. ITS BETTER TO JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING. BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, NOT ONE THAT IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU. BEWARE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A RIP OFF! My whole experience with this company has been awful!! We ordered a dress for my daughter's prom in mid March 2019. After waiting for weeks for it to arrive, I contacted the company because it was already 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. It took another 2 weeks to get here. We opened the package to find that the zipper in the back of the dress, the stitching was coming out as it was improperly sewn. I contacted the Babyonlinedress customer service and they said we needed to send them pictures of my daughter in the dress for them to do anything. The zipper was also broken! it arrived unzipped and we couldn't get it to zip. So I sent the pictures. By this time, it was too late to get the dress fixed so we purchased a different dress elsewhere and have no use for this dress. I am trying to get at least a partial refund which after over a month of emails, they promised to refund half. A few weeks went by and I still had not received my refund so I reached out and asked where it was. The company via Jasmine is now accusing us of ripping the dress and will not refund us unless we send the dress back and pay for postage! It is now the end of June almost 4 months after the dress was ordered and no refund. Terrible manufacturing, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The dress was really nice and fit well. In fact, I think I'm going to try a size smaller since it really was true to size. My only issue was that it is a true navy and is pretty dark. I'm looking for more of a dark color. I wish they had that. I think I'm going to try the cream color and dying it. The fit and look was wonderful.

This is the most amazing dress EVER! it's prettier than my wedding gown , no lie. LOL. I purchased it for family photos and Iwasso happy I did , my little one said I looked like a princess . I ordered a size 2W, it fit perfectly , I also loved that I don't need a bra with it the top has padded cups for you titties . If you're on the fence about this dress...... JUST BUY IT!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever with this online retailer. They sent the dress a week later, after my even was over, the color of the fabric was different than what was in the picture, and the size was off, not to mention the used the cheapest fabric possible to construct a dress. They refused to take the dress back and refund the money. They are untrustworthy unprofessional, and deceitful. Worst online retailer.
