I purchased a $99 dress that looked nothing like the picture when it arrived - fabric was two different colors from each other and from the advertised picture, and there was a stain on the top. Contacted company to return and they asked for pics of the dress, and then offered a $20 coupon credit towards another purchase (and after much back and forth) their final offer was a $10 refund. They suggested I sell it to someone else. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ll never order again.

The dress they sent me looked NOTHING like the photos online, it wasn’t even the right color. I paid extra for custom measurements and it didn’t fit me right at all the dress was so unproportional. Ruined my senior homecoming. Do not order from them it’s a scam.

Dress was shipped sooner then expected. The dress was absolutely lovely as pictured so many compliments where received. I’ll def be using this site again.

Never ever buy from here. They will help you buy but that's it. Once you receive your order they will never come in contact with you again.
Impossible to return. You won't even be able to log into your account and order won't show.

Babysonline is amazing. They make sure everything is set and I’m place. And if your lucky sometimes they send out your order earlier.

This site has great looking dresses, however the customer service is poor and the items don't look the way they do online once you receive them. Additionally, when you request a refund or further assistance, the customer service reps ignore you.

Highly recommended this website the dress came in before the estimated arrival date the size was just right and I’m really and skinny and small person and there dress fit me amazing no Bagginess or spaces. They made my night very beautiful I had the best dress out of everyone for prom.

i was skeptical at first reading a bunch of reviews , but the dress is the right style and fabric , it was a little lighter red than i expected but it ended up working out perfectly , and it came early so i had a lot of time to tailor

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will take your money and not send you what you ordered. They will give you a runaround! They do not adhere to the policies on their website. I ordered a dress and changed my mind on the color. Their website stated that any changes had to be made within 24 hours. I made my change in less that 12 hours. They refused to change it! Then they wanted additional money for the dress I initially ordered! This company should be banned from selling online!!!!!

My dress came early. Fit fantastic and I had a ton of compliments at prom. Plus they had super good customer service!

The dress was absolutely beautiful, fit me perfectly ! I would recommend buying from this company , fast shipping , workers respond in a decent amount of time . Overall great work😊

The Process was easy majority of the time I was a little skeptical about water in the first place because I see mix of use, but when I went on the website and seeing a link to email customer service I emailed twice. Kept checking my email for about a week and no one respond this made me even more skeptical. I went on Instagram page and message whoever runs the page it took he or she about three days to get back to me. Which raise concern to me I didn’t want to spend my money on a dress that would never come or was cheap ! but once the person responded to my message she reassured me and put my mind at ease so I place my order they came when the quick about a month and a half. I like that they had a tracking website , I just get agree with how the delivery people could leave the package on the doorstep or sign for it ! Took a lot of trouble to change that, and either way he did bring my dress he knocked but didn’t make me sign . when my dress came it was beautiful it was missing a few details on the straps as the picture showed but overall the dress was beautiful to come and set of a small package it was very thick and it look cheap at all sure very nice in the pictures. The only thing about the dress was when it came it was way too big when I bought the dress I got measured and I requested custom measurements with the dress was still way too big. Overall the experience was pretty good I would definitely recommend I just wish you guys get better all your communication with customers at A reasonable time .

They are frauds. DO NOT order from these people, these frauds. I ordered and got no information from them after I purchased I tried contacting the frauds via email and online messages chat. I post under an IG picture and sent a DM, and they reply to me via social media. Stupidly unprofessional. Still there was no information sent to me. I called my card company to stop the transaction.

The dress was beautiful online ..... shipping had an little issue but it came on time. I fit perfectly against my body and it showed my figure I was really in love with my dress ..

The dress i ordered came on time however it was not like picture.But it was still cute i just think they should advise the expectations that dress may not look like picture so people can be prepared for that. But like i said the dress was still cute,i did think it was a scam at first because they emailed me from china with a bullcrap email about payment system not working and asking for me to submit another payment through western union.

It look exactly like the picture but communication was really bad.. The shipping was okay i guess but over all I’m happy cause I got my dress 5 days before my prom

Everyone kept saying don’t order your dress online but it came out to be beautiful I love it !

I've read some horrible reviews on hear and got really scared that my dress wouldn't be good when I got it. I started to dread the way it would look feel and if it would even come in.
It took longer then expected to come in it came in three days before my prom. So that's why I was scared it wouldn't show up on time.
But it can in just as they told me tho I was hoping it would of came in sooner. looked as I expected it to. It fits nicely and I love it. I made a few adjustments to it just because where the bow sat was slightly odd in my body. But the color is as I ordered it. The customer service was great help tho sometimes it took a while for them to come back at me.
Other then that the dress is fantastic fits looks good and was well worth the money I spent.
