Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop!

I placed an order on December 20, and as of now, I still haven’t received it. They never answer calls, and their customer service via email is non-existent—I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t received a single reply. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely helpless.

To anyone considering ordering from this shop: DON’T DO IT! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Most terrible shop I've ever ordered from

Placed an order for a baby stroller on 22 of October, nearly 3 months later we still haven't received anything... When they answer the phone (IF they answer at all), they promise us time and again that it will be out for shipment the same day... Our baby is nearly a month old and we're stuck at home. I'm really worried we just lost 1000 euros.

No apologies from the store whatsoever, no explanations no nothing. I'm so frustrated.
Please take heed and order somewhere else!

Order made on 10 Dec 24, never delivered. E-mails ignored.

Original (6 January 2025): Like many other people here, I have never received my order. It was made on 10 December, and it still has not arrived (today is 6 January). I've sent several e-mails and received no response. This is the first time in my life that I've been literally robbed by an online store.

Update (13 January 2025): I was contacted by the store on 9 January and they sent the order. It finally arrived on 13 January in good order.

untrue delivery time & no support

We ordered a Bugaboo Dragonfly baby stroller set on 24 Nov 2024, expecting to delivery within 1-2 weeks as indicated. Since the end Dec, we called them 3 times, non serious laughing talks when I say I'm 36 weeks pregnant and started to worry about the fate of car seat, if it will arrive on time. they are incapable of tracing our delivery, emails do not show exactly where our package is right now! seriously awful experience in the last months of pregnancy! never again.

Ignore delivering times...

One month and a half waiting for a buggy that would theoretically be delivered in 2 weeks. And still no news. In the website it says "in behandeling" and they don't answer my emails. I wanted it for a trip next week and now I'll have to look for another solution due to their incompetence

Ordered product not sent

Website claimed ordered product will be delivered in 3-5 working days, my mail sent after 3 days (with notice I need the product timely as we are leaving for holidays) went unanswered, my call after 5 days ended without any useful information. Their first contact was 11 days (9 working days) after my order was placed. They told me they do not have the product and they assume I am on holidays and if I want to cancel the order.

Impossible to contact for return

Received a faulty product, but as many others here have said it is impossible to get hold of them. I can’t return it, so am currently out of pocket €300. Don’t buy from them it’s too risky.

Unreliable Service and Lack of Accountability

My recent experience with Babyplus is frustrating and dissatisfying. I purchased a bag from them in a damaged condition and reached out to their customer service team in the same day expecting a prompt resolution to the issue.
However, instead of taking responsibility for the damaged product, they delayed the process by stating they needed to "talk to the supplier." This passing of responsibility onto the supplier seemed they were unwilling to address the issue themselves.
When I expressed my desire for a refund or a replacement bag after two weeks of talking, waiting,.. they said they couldn't promise a refund or even guarantee a replacement bag.
As a customer, I expect accountability, and resolution of issues, especially when it comes to receiving damaged goods. Unfortunately, they failed to meet these very basic expectations.
I strongly warn others against doing business with them unless they are willing to risk receiving damaged items and facing an uncertain and unresponsive customer service process.

Very happy with my orders

Very happy with my orders. Also the service of Baby Plus is great. Ordered a complete breast pump set and they helped me out with my questions. Definitely recommend BabyPlus for all your baby needs.

A good online store

A good online store.
I was a bit nervous after reading all these reviews, but we had a very good experience with them. For the bugaboo we waited a while, but we were informed.
For my second order, it came in a few days and I even got a phone call from them to confirm our choices ( we bought a pebble 360 pro with the 360 base, not the pro one as we don’t need the sliding) I appreciated the call, it showed they pay attention.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I made few thousand euro value of orders and they sent me a broken frame and they don’t want to change it, replying to me I have to wait their supplier reply. They are the store which sent it to me and they should take the responsibility and not let me be stressed to wait their supplier. You can see how they don’t valued their customers from this poor handling of the problem, choose another store if you have to buy a lot of stuff, maybe they appreciate it more.

Excellent customer service!

I ordered my pram around a month ago and I was immediately informed that due to the pandemic the delivery will take a few weeks. A few weeks after my order a customer service representative responded promptly to my e-mail and gave me an update of the situation. Because of the feedback I did not have to worry about where my package is. Upon shipment I was provided with a tracking number and a few days later my bugaboo pram arrived at my doorstep. Excellent quality and excellent customer service. Well done!

Excellent customer service and quick shipping!!

I received my ordered pram yesterday and really, really happy with my order! I had queried a pram they stocked and had the most excellent customer service from Tim who answered all my questions promptly!

The ordering process was very easy and straight-forward - pram was ordered from the manufacturer and I was kept well informed. The store emailed me once my pram arrived and ready to be sent. I paid via a secured link sent by store (multisafepay).

I was informed by Tim that once they received my payment, they would ship my items (I had also added some additional items I found on their website - they have some gorgeous baby toys and baby items)! I received an email (two email for two parcels) with tracking within a day or so with a link/s to track my order! Considering the current crisis, order arrived within a few days (Netherlands to Sweden).

I thought I would write a review as normally people are quick to write something when it’s a bad experience but rarely when it’s good! I also felt this store is also very deserving as they have been nothing but absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic online webshop

This is a fantastic online webshop (never been to the actual store in Haarlem). They have very good prices for Stokke gear and also the personnel that I have been in contact is great. Very helpful and fast customer service. I will keep using the webshop and can recommend to anyone. Looking forward to visit the shop once the Corona measures are lifted too.

Super impressed

I emailed them because of price question on the new maxi cosi Iris travel bed. I received a response right away. They ordered it and told me it will take two weeks to arrive to them and they will then send it to me. I emailed Wednesday and I had a response it arrived as soon as. I paid and the next day it arrived at our door. Would highly recommend and will order again.

Fantastic customer service !

Baby Plus team was very kind and helpful when I called to get some information about the item I intended to order. My purchase was shipped the day I placed my order (despite the Covid-19 crisis) and arrived shortly, in perfect condition, well packed. Perfect customer service, very reliable webshop !

Terrible work

I ordered a car seat for a child. Before that, I wrote a letter and asked about the availability of goods. I was told that it is available. When I paid for the order I received a letter stating that the product is not in stock and I need to wait 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and did not receive the order. They did not always answer my letters and not very kindly. in the third week they answered me only after I sent 3 letters. I had to cancel the order and no one apologized to me. while waiting, my baby was born and I have nothing to carry him in the car. Terrible work just let me down

Great customer service and fast delivery

Great customer service, they quickly replied my emails and I received my Bugaboo 4 days after I ordered it. I was a little worried about ordering a Bugaboo online/from another country. But it was much cheaper compared to Denmark and Babyplus did not disappoint.
