Baby monitor/correspondence
Has anyone actually ever received any correspondence from this company? I’m wanting to purchase the baby monitor that’s on sale at £119 but it is currently out of stock so wanting to enquire when it will be back in stock. I have sent them countless messages to which it quotes after they will get back to me within 24 hours of a working day. I have also tried phoning them to which their number doesn’t work. Are they actually legit? They claim to be 5 star but it isn’t looking like it!

Seems to be a scam. i received an item costing £119. It didn't work. My requests for a refund have been ignored. i will now contact my bank. A site called Momsworldonline recommended the item as their first choice of 5. i have contacted them also and wait their reply.

AVOID! Scam. They charged me and never sent the item. They don't respond to email or phonecall. I'm having to persue a fraud case through my credit card company.

Do not purchase from this company. Claim to have 5 star at Trust Pilot yet I’m the first to write a review. Claim it’s next day delivery, have not received my item, they have not bothered to respond to several emails and they do not answer the phone. Had to claim a refund and still waiting for my money.
Avoid, this company is a scam!!!
