All went ok (better then expected)
I was searching for a specific refurbished phone. I found it on Backmarket. The price was right but the reviews were a bit confusing so my confidence towards Backmarket was not high. But I decided to risk it. And it all went well. The shipment was extremely fast and the condition of the phone was better then I expected. Battery life is like one would expect considering the age. So in general - I´m very satisfied.

Clear website, product as per description
I bought a Mac 2018, arrived on time in perfect condition. The website is clear, process of buying intuitive, description adequate.
I would only say that the filter options could be better, as sometimes the filter shows no products available, despite there are some fitting the filter.
Overally, I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

The phone turned out to be in very good condition but not perfect as advertised, the batery was 85% which is on the lower side but what was promised. The shipping was fast but I had some problems with DHL which you migh not have, but Its not a quesion to back market. Its a quesion to DHL or maybe individual seller.
The phone was packaged securily but was only included with a suspisous quality cable( i didn`t use it and don`t recommend you using) but for me no problem because I have a lot of cables and was expecting that.
I`m happy with the perchase the battery last good and the condition is little worse than expected but still really good considering that the price was 20 euros cheaper than something like that and with a fun color.

Great idea, for the price of a second hand older device, you get the same + 1 year warranty and a good feeling that someone gave a beat up old tech another chance by restoring it. I just love everything about this.

I ordered two products
I ordered two products - Apple Pencil and iPad Air, both of them in perfect condition. I cannot believe it’s not completely new. It arrived without a single scratch, I’m overwhelmingly happy! I was also very kindly surprised about the delivery speed, I ordered it Sunday and Tuesday I’ve had the product. I highly recommend!
