I ordered a backpack that was "In stock" but still no shipping update after 8 days...

I ordered a backpack that was advertised as "In stock, ready to ship" on March 19th. As of today (March 27th) still no shipping status update. I have contacted them twice without any answer whatsoever. I agree with the other reviewer that this is a fraudulent company from which you stay away, despite the claim:

"Australian Owned & Operated
Our business is proudly 100% Australian Owned."

This webshop has abysmally low standards.

Fraudulent business

I ordered a backpack on 4th December. As of 21st December I have had no shipping details provided. I have been in contact twice to follow up with no response. This is a fraudulent company and you should not interact with them.
