Fast delivery and good products BUT I will echo others reviews that there is NO customer service - I requested a refund as per their website and had no response. Emailed them twice in relation to it with no response or acknowledgment. Absolutely awful. Buy your merch from somewhere else

Caveat Emptor
Website says items can be returned after they've sent you a return code. NB you have 14 days to return items, also you need to pay return postage. I didn't get a return code so a few days later I emailed them to explain the situation. When after a couple of I didn't get a reply to my email, I tried phoning them...guess what? No one picked up. No option but to complain via PayPal and get my money back. Waste of time.

Nonexistent customer service
No problem with the shirts, however one is 2’’ smaller than the other (different brand but same size) and I’m not happy with the quality of the other.
I’ve tried to follow their returns procedure and have requested authorisation via the website.
I did this on Friday and am still waiting for them to approve it on Wednesday night - I have since emailed twice and used messenger to ask what the issue is.
I have been ignored completely and not had a response to anything.
I have now escalated a case on PayPal - all I want to do is to return the shirts for a refund but the customer services is appalling.

No response at all to their 'returns service' process, followed it up with an email to 'info@' and "sales@" but again NOTHING.
the complete lack of communication, when I'm not in England, is extremely frustrating
