Delivery company mistake which unfortunately happens

Pre ordered 2 items last year august. After many emails saving it would be back in stock,we finally decided to cancell. Took two months to get that done. Still waiting for our refund. Almost one year now!

Ordered in november of 2021. Never received my order. Contacted them a few times over the years and they just kept telling it was delayed. I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back but they never did and now the company filed for bankruptcy so I doubt I'll ever see my order or my money..

they scammed me, I placed an order for a lot of money, they delayed for a long time to avoid me reporting them and now they no longer respond nor have I seen the shadow of my order!!!

I echo the reviews that have been given. Ordered something in the end of 2022. It was a pre-order that I never received. Changed the order to a different Funko. Never received that. Have attempted to get the money back several times to no avail. Please don't order from there.

The company was declared bankrupt a few months back. I handed in all my papers/evidence of the hundreds I still need to get back, and no word so far. Absolutely appalled by this. Used to be a regular there, but now I'm down a lot of money and most likely won't ever get it back...

Pre ordered a Max Verstappen funko pop expected delivery date was November 2023 never received it. Asked for my money back 5 times starting in February and it’s now June still don’t have my money back. Never ever order from this site it’s a straight scam.

Unfortunately I can share the same experience :( still waiting for refund and have an incident for abot a year now which is still not closed.
Really disappointing :(
Anybody out there with a tip how to get finally a refund?

We also ordered almost 2 years ago.... haven't recieved a thing. No money back. I think there will be a opening for a courtcase against the owners for fraud and malpractice. The dutch law provides no hope either for refunds. It should be first the people they order from, then costumers finally the government. But dutch law is twisted. Now the government is going to take OUR money which leaves nothing for the people whos money it is do to contract breach. But it wont. Sorry for all the people who lost money. Never order again here even when someone is taking over.

Company filed up for bankruptcy last month. They are looking for a buyer for a restart but in the meantime contact the curator if you want to claim your money back.

I ordered something about 2 years ago, it still hasn’t arrived. I ordered there one time before and that did get with me on time, but then 3 funko’s after that order, these never came. It was a pre-order, sure, but the sending out off these pre-orders should’ve happened a few months ago(like the site suggested would happen) I emailed the company asking where all 3 of my orders were, if i could get a refund and why they hadn’t been send out yet. Off course you get the most basic answer ever that did not help 1 bit that refunds are not possible and stuff like that. Never ordering there again. I get that these are pre-orders but if the site says they should’ve been sent out half a year ago they should.

I'm asking Back to The Toys to send me a refund since January 2024. To this day, 2nd of June, I didn't get my money back.
I'm worried about my money and I asked them multiple times through e-mails about refund and they even asked me not to send them so many e-mails because it won't make them give me my refund faster. Since April I didn't get any response.
I regret buying from them because I lost a lot of money.

As you might have already notice from all the reviews of this company, DON'T SPEND A SINGLE PENNY BUYING ANYTHING ON THE STORE!!!

I bought 2 Funko pops as a pre-order and I never received it. They always say they have a problem with the product provider and you will get it in next few months which its weird because the product is available everywhere else.

You try to contact them and cancel your order but they insist on offering you to swap them for in stock products or get a credit voucher. (Imagine if I would accept that from a company that clearly its scamming people).

On 18th April, T finally said I will be refunded within 14 days and this of course did not happen. My email are also not being replied.

If you are struggling with the same problems and I would advice to take legal actions. And if you are waiting for your order, I have bad news for you...

I have preordered pops for around 200€ in the summer of 2022.
Since it has been a year and a half and there is no sign of the pops ever being delivered i requested a refund which they said will be in 14 working days.

It has been 23 working days and since i wrote 2 time an email to them regarding this topic but they are not answering.
Looks like they really do have problems in the company...

What could have been a great site ( since they did deliver in the past ) became a site that is categorized as scammer, sad

I ordered between 2021 and 2024 some Funko Pop figures on backtothetoys.com in pre-sale and never received them (the same ones were for a long time on other sites or shops in my city now also sold out!) but, even after countless emails, my requests for reimbursement (still 860 Euro of more than 1200! A small part I could only recover via paypal!) are either ignored or I am repeated with a standard reply to wait (for how many more centuries?) for a refund. Even my request to receive a voucher to be able to buy goods already in their warehouse was rejected with surreal excuses! From other comments I read it seems that there is a planned scam strategy behind the site in question. Perhaps it would take group legal action by those who - like me - are victims of such individuals to put an end to this despicable activity.

Ich habe zwischen 2021 und 2024 einige Funko-Pop-Figuren auf backtothetoys.com im Vorverkauf bestellt und sie nie erhalten (dieselben waren lange Zeit auf anderen Websites oder in Geschäften in meiner Stadt ausverkauft!), aber selbst nach unzähligen E-Mails werden meine Bitten um Rückerstattung (immer noch 860 Euro von mehr als 1200! Ein kleiner Teil davon konnte ich nur über Paypal zurückerhalten!) werden entweder ignoriert oder ich erhalte die Standardantwort, ich solle auf eine Rückerstattung warten (für wie viele weitere Jahrhunderte?). Sogar meine Bitte, einen Gutschein zu erhalten, um Ware kaufen zu können, die sich bereits in ihrem Lager befindet, wurde mit surrealen Ausreden abgelehnt! Aus anderen Kommentaren, die ich gelesen habe, geht hervor, dass hinter der fraglichen Website eine geplante Betrugsstrategie steckt. Vielleicht bräuchte es eine Sammelklage derjenigen, die - wie ich - Opfer solcher Personen sind, um dieser verabscheuungswürdigen Tätigkeit ein Ende zu setzen.

Today, after many correspondences of wanting my money back i have received official notice that they are now bankrupt.

If you still expect money back, but haven't received an email, check your spam folder.

Pre-ordered something back in may 2023 and never received it. They also don't respond on their email.

Preordered, never received anything and now they went bust. Absolute scam. Most probably lost my money. Hope karma will deal with the owners of this most dishonest company.
