REALLY great. I would give them 6*s if I could. Now the software is undoubtedly quite janky, but at the end of the day it does what it's meant to do. And most importantly, their customer support is incredible. I had various problems and every single time I received a prompt response and a solution.

Dont bother to try it with the free Version but the paid one works just amazing.
It is kinda difficult still but their support is very Helpfull and the transferring worked just fine step by step.

Ran into an error, sent an email to the support depertment, received feedback within 2 hours and completed the transfer from android to iphone succesfully!

I have had a very similar experience to user gkmy.

I wouldn't say I struggle with tech but I found the whole process unnecessarily complicated. It took me hours to try and migrate my mum's WhatsApp from her old android to ios and it almost bricked my mum's new iPhone 11. I had to give up at that point but I was obviously not happy. I initially bought the software to use on a PC and recently got a new mac and wanted to use my license key for my new phone too and apparently the licenses are not cross platform compatible so I have completely wasted my money and didn't even get the result I wanted. Customer service was very unhelpful also so I wouldn't recommend this software at all, please look at other alternatives.

I have to admit it worked flawlessy. Even though I didn't like the high price tag and searched for many hours for alternatives, in the end, I figured the time spent for that wasn't worth it. Since it did what was advertised, it gets 5 stars from me.

5 stars for the finished product! I spent multiple hours completing this task. In the end, it worked! Was it worth $20? Not sure. I tried to get my husband to use one of my licenses for his new iPhone and got an error message. I would have to use the same laptop. That's annoying. If you want to feel like a super high tech sleuth, I recommend this product for a WhatsApp chat history from a Samsung S8+ to an to iPhone 12 Pro using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. If you like software that is very easy to use with very clear instructions, this sw is not for you.

Would give 5 stars for functionality, but the instructions on the website aren't great, which led to a lot of confusion till I reached out to them via Facebook. Once you get in touch with customer service, everything clicks into place. Transferred WhatsApp chats from Google Pixel 2 to iPhone 12 Pro.

I've purchased the „Android WhatsApp Transfer“ app, because I had two different mobile phones and I already continued some Whatsapp conversations on the new one.

The app worked very well for merging the two different backups. To do this, first plug your old phone to your computer, click on "backup messages", successively do the same with your new phone, then right click on one of the two new "local database", click on "export messages to crypt file", save it to a folder, then right click on the other "local database", click on "import Android Whatsapp backup data" (look for the exported crypt file you've saved in your folder) and after that, while having your new phone plugged to your computer, click on "transfer messages from database to Android"

Work perfekt. I made a mistake and order the wrong program. A few minutes later they exchange the key.

It is not an easy program if you are not very technical/into computers. But after help from the customers service I managed to get it working and now all my contacts are transferred from android to iPhone. I am very happy with the help I got!

I accidentally purchased the wrong backuptrans Whatsapp software (iphone to android instead of android to iphone) the support team immediately exchanged my key for free! That was really awesome and accommodating! Although it took me a whole day to transfer all my whatsapp chats from android to ios, the software guided me through and offered several proposals for solutions to make the transfer work. In the end I'm really happy with the outcome and to have my whatsapp chats fully on my new iphone.

I work with this program for more than a year. already did more than 30 transfer, ever work fine. constant update, support fast by e-mail (could be a support with an instante message app, but e-mail work fine too).

The software is very buggy and with a lot of errors.I've asked for a refund and after some days I've received it.
Please buy Mobiletrans, it's better!

Before 1 year I transferred whatsapp from iphone to android and it was a bit easy. But after I bought a new iphone I was suspicious that this would work. On first use, the transfer failed, but thanks to the support team, they send me the exact instructions to solve the problem.

Now whatsapp is 100% transferred with all chat and media.
