Incredible customer focus
Excellent company and excellent level of service. I could not get a normal consultation and response at the head office, although I wrote to the manufacturer of Napoleon grills directly. Here I received an instant response and a very patient and detailed consultation on my question from Lars. The correct spare parts were chosen very quickly, the response speed was almost instant, and the delivery came a day after payment. I don't have a single interaction that left a negative impression. A huge thanks to Lars and Backyard Living for such a great help and exprience.
