THIS organisation is evidently not fit…

THIS organisation is evidently not fit for purpose - they obviously represent the gambling industry however they are supposed to manage a self exclusion scheme for problem gamblers. but it's impossible to actually use their 'service' . they ignored my emails with photographic evidence of who i am (it 'might not be me' .... rubbish - if it's distributed to the establishments in my area they'll recognise me ) . they palmed me off to another organisation who i phoned - gave some info - was told someone would get back to me .... of course they didn't .
