I had breast implants and a tummy tuck with DR METE at badge clinic and I am so happy with my results they exceeded all my expectations. The care was great including the nurses and I can’t wait to return. Definitely would recommend.

I have just returned home after having a gastric sleeve with badge clinic. The communication has been excellent, very easy detailed airport pick up and return drop off. Hospital was clean spacious rooms, I was taken to a different hospital than the one that is on their instagram page but it was still lovely, the nurses were excellent took really good care of me, multiple tests were done before surgery to make sure it was safe which I was really impressed with. My surgeon Prof. Dr. Cengiz Eris, was lovely very professional came to see me every day I was there. The aftercare after surgery was excellent. A lovely lady from badge came to see me day of my surgery and stayed with me till I went down to theatre. I would highly recommend badge for a gastric sleeve

Very pleased with my results from Badge Health. I have uplift and implants, Dr mete listened to what I wanted and I asked for a natural look which is what I got and could not be happier with. The communication throughout was great and the overall experience went smoothly. My scars are barely visible and very neat.

I was given mis-information and was mis-sold the hair transplant and the end results were terrible.
During my consultation while in the UK, they clearly told me 3500-4500 grafts will be harvested which included the front and crown. This was for the initial payment of £1400 for the transplant including hotel stay and transfers. I wasn’t told Badge Clinic use a third party clinic for their procedures and do not have their own clinic which I found out when I got to Istanbul. When I met with the surgeon on the day of the hair transplant, he was adamant that I have a double transplant which will make my hair more fuller and I will not have any hair loss due to the extra treatment they will give me. He said he did not want me to come back after a year and complain that I still have gaps. He said they will conduct day 1 for the crown area and day 2 for the front. This was stressful as I was put on the spot and had to make a quick decision so I ended up paying another £1200 for the surgery on the 2nd day.
I started to notice the front part of my hair wasn’t done to a good standard as I found gaps. I addressed this earlier on but kept on being told to wait for few more months and it will grow. It was until a year after the hair transplant that I raised a complaint and I was told that only 3000 grafts were used for the crown and 3000 for the front. I was shocked at this information because If they put the original 4500 for the crown and front I wouldn't have had to pay for the 2nd day surgery.
I am very angry and disappointed with the level of clarity and service I have received as if I didn't pay the extra for the 2nd day then they would have only put 3000 grafts which is clearly mis- selling the transplant when they originally told me I would get 4500 in the consultation.
I asked my coordinator after the 2nd day of the surgery and she told me 5000 grafts were put in the crown and 5000 in the front. If I was told any different, I would have raised this while in the clinic so there was no misunderstanding from my part. I was also told the main surgeon would be conducting the surgery, but he only came for 10 mins during the surgery on each day and left the job to the apprentices who were in their early 20s.
They clearly quoted me for 4500 grafts during the medical consultation and ended up only putting 3000 for that initial payment. The 2nd day surgery where they worked on my top/front was clearly not done right even though they charged me another £1200 for it. I raised the issue of having gaps in the front many times even when In Istanbul. No surgeon would put grafts behind the hairline when clearly you have gaps in the front. When I looked in the mirror at the clinic I raised this that the marking for the surgery was higher from one side. I was told don't worry the surgeon knows what he is doing and will cover it.
I have saved all my communication with Badge Clinic and had proof of what was said to me during the consultation in the UK.
The only resolution I have been given now after a year of having the hair transplant is to come back to have another transplant and pay even more money which I find insulting as they didn't do a good job in the first place and also charged me extra by providing less grafts than I was told. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable company. Save you money and go somewhere else with a more professional company.

I am extremely happy with the care and support I have had from badge clinic. They were amazing start to finish the hospital and hotels are beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing at their professions and also extremely friendly. Even offering to go the shop for me while I was there. I can not fault them at all. Would 100% recommend and I’d do it twenty times over again to feel as good as I do.

Everything went well and the consultation with the doctor on the morning of surgery was excellent. I would definitely return in the future if I need further treatment

I had butt implants removed in November & Dr Mete did some revision work for me (April) he definitely understood the assignment!
I am still very swelled but I can see the results coming through already! I am so much happier, he did a great job!

I spent a long time researching before deciding on a clinic, and I am so glad I chose Badge health clinic, from the moment I contacted them they were very efficient quick at responding and answering any questions I had,and very polite, I am 10days post op I had breast lift, I originally had booked for breast lift and implant, but upon consultation the surgeon adviced me a breast lift was enough due to my b...s being big enough and to take into consideration i have a small frame, he was very transparent and that an uplift only needed due to sagging, the surgeon was absolutely brilliant, professional, honest and to be quite frank had an ego but In a good way, he was so on point, he knows his stuff, I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go back for my next surgery, highly recommended Badge, great service and amazing price. The hotel was lovely, very clean the beds were so comfy and I had a lovely sized room, and the staff were very friendly, the after care nurses were so lovely and friendly I also have to mention that the transfers that are included were great and I had such a lovwly driver, he was adorable, please bare in mind their English isn't great but Google translate is a god send, overall I had an amazing journey and so glad that I did it, I highly recommend Badge health clinic.

I went to Badge Clinic for a hairline and beard restoration. My overall experience was great. The transfer and accommodation was all on point. I had a facial scar that has been camouflaged very well. I do need to go back for a touch up and would be prepared to use this clinic again

I was worried about traveling alone for treatment but the team made me feel comfortable. They handled logistics hotel and appointments professionally. My surgeon was experienced and explained everything clearly. Recovery support was excellent and I always received fast replies. The whole process felt safe organized and very reassuring.

I traveled from Germany to Istanbul for a hair transplant with Badge Health. From the moment I landed they took care of everything. The airport pickup was smooth. The hotel was comfortable. The hospital was clean and modern. The doctors were skilled and kind.

I'm over the moon with my results so far, even though it's early days, Dr Mete has done a fantastic job with my surgery and I'm recovering really well. When speaking with Dr Mete he managed my expectations really well. My feedback would be for more communication, for example after my surgery, nobody communicated what surgery was completed. It would've been good for a nurse or doctor to communicate that with you. Everything was very punctual and ran on time thanks to the Badge coordinators. Some (not all) of the nurses in the hospital didn't seem to care whilst I was in the hospital and there was one nurse on shift that didn't check on me all day and I think they should and could've looked at the dressings underneath whilst you're in hospital but the badge clinic nurses that visit you at the hotel were brilliant and very responsive on a WhatsApp group that is especially created for you. The hotel we stayed at which Badge organised was amazing, very big room, clean and helpful staff. Overall, I've had a great experience and I would return to Badge for other procedures. Thank you Dr Mete and the Badge team! I'm excited to see my final results as I'm already looking amazing.
