Customer support non existent …

Installed Amstel charger and could not Ger dynamic load balancing to work. Contacted customer support and got no reply. Also had issues with their diverter which I installed with another customer. No response from support either then I get told by my supplier they are no longer in business in Ireland. This is not reflected on their website!!.

Non-existing customer support. Avoid.

At the install stage we had problems with the Dynamic Load Balancing, which should allow us use solar power when available. An email to Support got a response within about 4 hrs. However 4 months later, despite logging 4 more different support requests, and my installer logging other requests,where we get the standard response of "we will be in contact within 24 hours" we are still having problems and have not had as much as one response from the support they "pride ourselves in our customer service"
The absolute "non-existent " customer support make this a product to avoid.

A pile of junk

A pile of junk. The charger app does not match the documents or the company video. Fails to work on WiFi and there’s no password to secure the charger as shown in the documentation. Anyone can install the app and use your charger. I frequently get equipment failure error with no mention of the error. Support is also dismal. I have opened 2 tickets regarding my issues and on both occasions, after providing photos and videos, the company goes silent. Avoid this cheap junk and go with something that actually works when you need it
