I placed order #23852 and received a…

I placed order #23852 and received a partial order and was told I would have the back order within 2 weeks. 2 weeks have been and gone, I've messaged multiple times,I've called multiple times with no response and most recently my user account was deleted and I was blocked from the website. I would have had great things to say if they would have completed my order and delt with the situation in a professional manner instead of beind shady and avoiding making good on the order.
