Beware of this company
Eventhou this is the only review for this website, feel free to check all reviews here and on google for the finish main company Hyvän Kaupan Paikka behind badobastu. They make a similar impression as what I experienced.
The website looks gonna the first look. Sadly most pictures of products on the product sides are wrong and belong to other products. So you can’t trust on them. The products look kind of fine and the price seems reasonable at first.
Sadly I had a not pleasant experience and can only recommend not to buy here. I was in contact with the seller Patricia Lauri from Hyvän Kaupan Paikka Oy / Bad o Bastu.
During the process of order and delivery she sadly lied to me several times and looking at how many times it was I must assume it happens intentionally and seems standard practice for this company. It leads to the conclusion, that CEO Tapani Johannes Murto rewards this behavior or has lost control over his own business.
I was lied about availability and delivery times of products and about getting notifications about the delivery so I could plan the unloading.
To the products itself:
Positive: nice designed on paper, price seems fair if you would get what you ordered.
Negative: the cuttings are low quality and is not close to fitting good, some wood arrived deformed and seemed like it was wet before, some of the powder-coated metal was scratched because of poor packaging including the big fireplace, the whole package I received smelled and looked like a person or animal had peed in it, many parts like roof paper, nails, screws and so on were send too little. If your workshop is not equipped properly you will need to buy a lot of extras that you payed already for.
After I complained about the poorly and broken products I didn’t receive an answer. So I will have to take Tapani Johannes Murto and his company to court and claim my rights there. Save yourself the stress and better order at a serious company. This is the 4th kåta I bought for my businesses and I never had similar problems before. If needed do I have pictures of all the problems described.
