disorganized

I placed an order, it came, but late. I didn't think the order would arrive.
Anyway, product is ok, is not original.
The issue is with the communication. They suffer very much on this matter and the website is misleading you on orders.

Poor quality products

Poor quality products! I purchased a parrot toy, which came deseaseambled! No instructions in the box, poor quality wood and screws! The holes in the pieces of wood were not centered, and you could easily brake them.....The rotating system also is not made for parrots that weight 50- 70 grams! All in all, not a good experience and will not recommend the company!

Never received my order

Ordered a gift on September 10th, received an email on September 16th claiming my order left from the warehouse, still no updates until September 23rd, only to find out that my order never left. Automatic email responses and the worse customer experience ever.

Misleading photos of the product

Misleading photos of the product
According to the first photo, the package was supposed to contain 500 pcs, while in reality it contained 100 pcs.

Support said "It doen't matter because the 500 pcs is not in the title of the product"

Support also claimed that I bought 100 pcs
While the product didn't have options for number of pieces, but "Colors", which was refering to the packaging, and not to the size

After our chat, Badu disabled the product, claiming that it contained a wrong image -- precisely the "500 pcs" image they tried to belittle in front of me.

Instead of being honest with me.

The worst experience

The worst experience! I bought a present for a friend and it came a month after his birthday. From that Day the spam was unbelievable and since last midnight they're sending me emails confirming an order I never made. Don't trust them!

⚠️ NEVER AGAIN ⚠️

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Never order to that shop who was Badu.ro, then Badu.bg and now Badu.hu, you will never receive your product !!! I ordered a sweetshirt for my son, they took my money and they say it's still in transit after 3 months !!!! 😡😡😡
I will ask what I can do against them on a internet law site.

Unfriendly customer service

Unfriendly customer service. I had to cancel an order because of long delivery time and at order stage it was not mentioned goods are with such long ( like a month) delivery time. So as I needed the ordered goods really soon. I was contacted via phone and when I asked to receive written cancelation of my order the agent quite rude explained to me they don't do such thing and the call was sufficient. Which is not actually, as I have no proof of it. Did not get info it is being recorded. So I hung up and wrote them back. Received reply and confirmation, but experience was very unpleasant and I will NOT use their service anymore.

I ordered a hourglass

I ordered a hourglass. It was expected to come in less than 14 days but it came in 24. It said it is 50 minutes, but when i tested it it was 40.... so it does me no good.
I tried to returned it using the method described in the site, but a button was missing (the one to submit my item for return) So now I am stuck with it. Have this in mind,

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I refuse their iffer to change my shoes. But after few min call them back and want to accept it. They said - impossible. They mark the offer like reject, and they will send back my miney. I said : Ok. I will buy it again. They said - impossible - these shoes are not in their site. What can I do to take these, shoes - Nothing...

How you can have something for sale and it is impossible to be sold???

And money will be sent back after 14 days.

Baduglobal.ro same company they scammed me. They sent me the wrong order and they never refund the money. Even it says on their website 10 working days for refund. Customer service is worse , they keep on repeting the same email. Your money request is done please wait for refund.

Dishonest and unprofessional company!

This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a cafetière with filter and when it finally arrived after a whole month it came without the filter. They had taken it out of the box and probably tried to sell it separately. Even the box was showing the filter that was removed. I contacted them but their customer service was appalling. Very rude woman employee was trying to put the blame on me that I had bought it without one, even though I presented her with the proof and the online confirmation of the item I had booked. It would have been easier talking to a wall. They did nothing to rectify the problem only a rude and unhelpful response.Basically I bought a useless product at an expensive price. When I complained they removed all my online history from their website so that I can’t write a review. No wonder that most of their products don’t have reviews. Scammers!

Extremely rude customer service

Extremely rude customer service.
Payment was made via paypal and the money has left my bank account, however the staff claimed that they did not receive the payment - which is false. They were not helpful at all.

I told the representative that I want the items so they should send them. At first I thought the issue was at my end with the payment so I asked for payment on delivery. Meanwhile I wanted to double check the transfer and I asked that they wait for me to double check things, then representative started to be very rude and told me to call them again tomorrow.... Unacceptable.
