Scam artists. Lucky my bank got all my money back that they stole from my business. They even stole money after the initial transaction. STAY AWAY!

No stars SCAMMERS

No stars. Along with every other honest customer this company is FAKE and will take two payments, refund one (I consider this an attempt to delay the bank and credit company investigations) and then have the audacity to email and ask you to send a bunch of personal security data.

I’d encourage every single person who has had honest and well earned money stolen to report the company via the insolvency service on gov.uk which is the mechanism to report fraudulent or scam activity from a registered company. You’ll find company details on companies house. The more people who complain the sooner they stop doing this to other people. I also reported to the police and have a crime reference.

They took 2 payments from my account…

They took 2 payments from my account for the same amount but with 2 different merchant names. I live chatted them and they said it was a technical fault. They refunded one but haven't refunded the other. I have tried to call (number doesn't work). I've emailed multiple times and no reply. Now no one is responding to me on live chat. It is an absolute joke! Stealing people's money.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I've now raised a dispute with my card issuer who need confirmation from the company that they will issue a refund (which is impossible as they won't respond).

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

SCAM COMPANY - FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

Purchased what I thought was a Treadmill... was charged for this immediately (no concerns initially), then charged for a second far larger amount two days later which I did not agree to. Company phone numbers are down, live chat agents deny all knowledge and surprise surprise, no goods or even dispatch notes have been received. Have raised disputes via credit card to resolve.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY, AS I NOW SEE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEWS.

******DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

******DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. ITS A SCAM******

Not only have they taken the money for the goods that I’m never going to receive they then used my card for another transaction 2 days later!

When I contacted them requesting dispatch details I had already sussed they were scammers and after them giving me some fictitious tracking number I called them out as scammers. Their response was to kick me off the chat and the chat button disappeared.

I’ve had to now freeze my card and contact my cc company who are now dealing with this. New card on the way.

*******SCAMMERS, DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE*******

Scammers through and through

They took the order/money then I got a refund email around a week later after I'd chased for a delivery day, having waited patiently for email updates on this. Refund email had no timescale so I contacted them again via online 'contact us' button and I was told a sketchy timeframe for the refund followed by..'here's 10% off your next order for the inconvenience'.
...Not on your Nelly you scammers..., no goods, no refund and I certainly did not order again for a 10% discount on my next imaginary item.
Bank is getting involved now.
DO NOT USE THEM, THEY TAKE AND DO NOT DELIVER!
And the bank said it was a recurring payment even though it was a one off purchase so you WILL need to cancel your card as well, not what you want before Christmas.

SCAM

SCAM. Lot's of these scam sites being created. They duplicate real sites and display real products but once you pay they take your money and never send any goods.
You cannot pick up the equipment for as cheap as they display it anywhere in the market.
