Beyond happy with the product and service from the Bearskin team. Purchased this jacket to walk the full Camino Francis is Spain in Sep/Oct this year. So far in some local wet weather testing in Australia it’s passed and exceeded every test. Very Highly Recommended for quality and efficient reliable international orders.

Hello, I first ordered the rain jacket and warm fleece sweatshirt. The ordering was easy, it came on time with no issues. I needed to return the sweatshirt because it was to small for my son. He wanted to wear both outer shell and sweatshirt together, and the sweat shirt was to small. My son is 6 ft 1 inch and weighs 205 pounds. He wears a xl for both, Just for reference. So, I tried to figure out how to receive the return label. And I just followed their advice. So I sent them a email and after a day I did not receive a reply. Then I decided to call them and send them another email. Then they sent me the return label. I guess even I get impatient about the return label because we all expect to get an answer right away. Which is fine. I got the return label and asked for a extra large and received it within a week. My son loves his jacket and the fact that the sweatshirt and rain jacket can zip together. I'm very happy with all my purchases from Bearskin. My only concern has been with size. I have worn extra large for years and your extra large are a little to big for me.(so I give them to my son and reorder them in large for myself)
