After paying for the bag I received no shipping plan nor shipping information. When I reach out to their customer support they said that the bag was out of stock even though it was listed as "In stock". They asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I answered yes. A week later without any refund nor feedback from the company I received a package containing a different bag in a smaller size and different accessories than what I initially ordered and paid for.
