Placed order on Monday, 48 hour delivery, still not recieved by Saturday.
I placed my order on Monday 21st of May and selected Royal Mail 48hour. The items weren't dispatched until Wednesday and even though it is now Saturday I still haven't received my item. I asked for a tracking number for the delivery but I have not had a response.

My experience in dealing with…Bagofholding
My experience in dealing with Bagofholding has been a bit mixed. After placing an order for an item that was in stock and selecting 48hr delivery I expected to receive it quickly. I received an email quickly telling me they were processing my order and then nothing for 10 days. It was only when I sent a follow up email inquiring about the status of my order did they respond, on a Sunday. They made some claim that the item I ordered may have been out of stock and that is why it had not been sent out to me but it would be with me within 24 hours. While my item was delivered to me the very next day I'm left with questions. Why was it not sent to me sooner. It was in stock. I know this because they were able to send it to me right away. With that in mind why did they only send it out once I complained. It should have been sent out before then. If it was indeed out of stock, as they said, why was I not informed. Why did they tell me they were processing the order.
As a first experience with them it has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't feel I will ever use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
