I would rank them with zero

I would rank them with zero. there is no way to get customer service from their website. there is a tap for it but it is faded and doesn't take you anywhere. I tried contact us, it takes you to the website home page. I booked online to store my luggage for a few hours, to find the shop closed. i lost time, cap money, and still got charged. can't return my money from them because they don't answer the phone. now i have to dispute with the bank. Scammers.

Professional & trustworthy

Used Bagsaway on Aug.11'22 because we took train from Mtl to TO, had 4 hrs to sightsee; had bought tickets for aquarium & my friend for CN Tower with nowhere to leave luggage. Found Bagsaway on Google, chose closest to Union Station, paid 9$/ea for 12:30-4:00. Found it easily, in dry cleaner/corner store next to Fairmont. They were very professional, asked for our reservation & ID before storing in backroom. Same for when we picked them up. Awesome service! Would def use again!
