Great service, Ana was able to find exactly what I was looking for within my budget and it was in immaculate condition for a very competitive price! It being a vintage piece, it didn’t have the original dustbag but came with a bag chase one which is very good quality as well as a handbag hanger hook which were a really nice touch! Also had the extra of a bag liner and accessory strap which are great quality and definitely worth the price. My item arrived quickly and well packaged, I will definitely use again. A trusted seller who I’ve used several times in the past and have always been happy.

It can be difficult to find genuine sellers of preloved luxury items but Bags Chase are just the real deal. I bought a bag and it was delivered in less than 24 hours and is exactly as shown/described. I have purchased Louis Vuitton in store in the past and it’s easy to see that the bag I was sold was a genuine secondhand. Would not hesitate to use again.
