Beware no way to return items
I got a rucksack off here for my son. Unfortunately he ordered the same rucksack so I tried to cancel it. No communication from the company. Thankfully both bags came but again no communication about how to return the extra item. An expensive mistake.

Not a scam but not great experience
This is almost certainly that of a scammers
I ordered a bag online with them today (silly me) and received no confirmation email (checked spam folder). Completed their online form to question this – still no response. Emailed them. Still no response.
On their website they leave a physical business address (Ontario, Canada), email address and phone number
The phone number is non-existent
Emails aren't responded to
The address exists (may be legit business?) but, a search on google maps shows that it’s just a regular house in a residential area.
Update: Received package out of the blue just before Christmas. Was very surprised to receive it but happy that it made it with no correspondence from the seller :-)
