Zero customer support. All the other sites owned by this Adnan are the same. It's an outfit in Pakistan. You'll be lucky to get your product. You'll be sending emails and contacting everywhere with no luck and if you do, you get no further forward. They will tell you things are happening when they are not. Stay clear !!

The item I purchased was far too small even allowing for the sizing guide. I have repeatedly requested a return address but have yet to receive a reply. I have sent emails to all their contact addresses but they have bounced back. I just want to return the item and get a refund. Update - they have responded and advised that they will issue a refund upon receipt of the item, which was returned at my expense. Further update: sadly, no response from the seller despite several emails, all of which bounced back. I can only conclude that I will not be getting back my money. Final update: still no response from the seller and just received an invoice from the Courier. This has been a very bad experience. I would strongly advise against buying from this seller.
