I also ordered the 11oz book mug. UNBELIEVABLY gross mug arrived in the mail. No one should buy from this website!!!!!

Bought the Book Lovers 11oz mug wife was excited until she opened the box and saw quality, it doesn’t look like books badly painted plastic worth about €1.50 although I apparently got it half price at €25 total p&p 34€ this is a fraudulent marketing by this company. I bought the painted book mug but when we received it the mug was not made of painted glass as described but some cheap unpainted white plastic. Complete misrepresentation of the product which is overpriced and of really bad quality.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the ‘Book Lovers Mug’ from Baheey.
The item I received was nothing like the picture or description on the site. It was an embarrassing, worthless piece of rubbish.
I have pursued Baheey for a refund, which I have still not received. They have used every method possible to avoid paying, despite the fact that I returned the item at their request and at my expense. They claim that I gave them an ‘invalid tracking number’, they have offered to pay, but never did, they offered ridiculous part refunds and even a discount on a further purchase - as if! Dishonesty and deception all the way.

I bought a stacked book mug from Baheey and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. It was absolute rubbish and they offered me a 10% refund. I paid £23 plus postage for it! So disappointed. It is a Scam!!

Ordered a mug that looked like a pile of books. Absolutely beautiful in the advert. A shoddy cheap imitation in reality.
Tried to get a refund and they offered 10% off initially, then 20% as their final offer. This product was meant as a gift, it is so bad I'd be embarrassed to give it to anyone.
I believe this company is a scam company and I hope people read this and don't take the risk.

Company intentionally misleads customers! Images do not match what is shipped nor do they honor what they sell!

The featured attractive mugs with "book" design are a complete fraud. I ordered two of them as a thank-you gift to a couple of librarians--who had done me a professional favour. When the package arrived, I was horrified. The mugs are nothing like the pictured items. What looked like glass is cheap plastic. The design is equally disappointing. They look like sippy cups you might give to a toddler you didn't like. I am trying to return them, but Baheey isn't interested, seemingly, in giving me a refund. Avoid this scam!

Item that arrived was nothing like the photos on the website. Photos showed a beautiful, high quality mug and what arrived was low quality and badly painted. And then I realised the payment summary included a tip. I think the website photos are AI and the whole thing is a scam.

Edit: getting a refund was a nightmare. They tried to offer a partial refund, which was unacceptable considering what they sent, then they tried to exploit the PayPal resolution centre. They said they'd refund me if I returned the item and only on receipt of the return, then supplied a fake address (half of the address was in America and half was in China). No parcel service would accept that address, so I can only assume they wanted me to send the item to get lost and they wouldn't have to refund? I couldn't dispute this fake address automatically so had to ring PayPal. PayPal, to their credit, we're wonderful and sorted it all out for me and eventually I was refunded.

Bought a mug from this company. Upon opening, clear not at all what they were adveritising. Photographs on the website were of an attractive, high quality item (with a price to reflect!), and I bought it as a gift for someone. Upon arrival, was nothing like the photographs, terrible quality - was akin to something my 9 year old could have produced. Was too embarrassed to give it as a gift - when I tried to find out the return process, they absolutely flat-out refused and were only willing to give me a 30% refund (and that was after telling them that 10% and 20% were unacceptable). They are mis-representing what they are pedalling on their website, do not get fooled into purchasing from them.

I purchased a product from this company.
It arrived at reasonable time.
As soon as I opened it I realised that it was a substandard item. The picture of the item and what they provided was a total lie.
I contacted them day one upon receiving that rubbish with the request to return their rubbish and get my money back.
They offered me 10% discount, followed by 20% and lastly 30%.because I must understand that they have to reimburse their production.
I don't see why should I or anyone else pay for the substandard produce.
The other lie is free returns.
Please be careful, don't buy from this liers and thieves.

My grandmother ordered three of the book mugs and the cheap plastic product that turned up in the post looked nothing like the "photos" (which I am quite sure are AI generated). This company is a scam, do not buy from them.

Do not use this company absolutely disgraceful. I ordered what looked like a beautiful mug as a gift for my daughter what I received was a poor plastic copy that looked nothing like what I ordered. Trying to return and get a refund was a nightmare. Appalling service

You will not receive a refund from this company. It is another Chinese scam. Please do not buy anything from them.

Unfortunately I have once again purchased a product from a source other than Amazon and have gotten cheated. Like the other reviews I ordered the book mug and it is a piece of garbage. I should have checked on this company Baheey before I purchased the mug. I can relate to every review here regarding this mug. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this website. The pictures shown are not even close to the actual product. They don't even use the same materials. They refuse to let me return the items for a refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal. I wish I could post the pictures here. It is unbelievable. Completely false advertising.
