Dreadful!

Based on the good reviews I ordered a large rug. I waited 2 months and paid £150 custom fees to receive a matted, dirty rug different in design from that advertised. It was also faded in parts and different in size measurements. From photos the seller quickly accepted it was substandard and offered a new one in two WEEKS. This would still mean I have to pay an additional £150 custom fees on the rug given that it couldn’t be worse than the one inreceived. The alternative is to repackage it and send it either to Morroco or to an address in the UK that hasn’t yet been given. I do not recommend this seller unless you like to gamble on getting a nice rug and live somewhere where there are no customs fees.
