I still have not received my order. I ordered it on 16th March - £105.

Ridiculous
I emailed 9 times. I initially emailed saying I haven't received a confirmation email. They replied saying they will resend it. Still have not recieved it. The amount of inconvenience they have caused.
I am planning to show as many people as I can how unreliable they are.

Please please don't order from them I don't want anyone to lose money.

They emailed me saying I'll get a refund. But I still have not received any money from them. Ridiculous!

Before placing my order I emailed about express delivery as I needed my outfits within 3-4 weeks. I was promised that I would get it on time, I’ve sent numerous emails, and i did not receive the outfits in-time even tough I paid extra for express delivery, and I was left with no outfits for my brothers wedding 2 days before. I’ve emailed once again numerous times to find out what’s happening with my order but I am left with no reply and I paid for 3 outfits that costed a lot of money!!

Very disappointed with Bahirah's customer service. Received my outfit after 2 months of ordering and no one from their team replied back to a single email.

Horrible service. My daughter ordered a suit at the end of May and am still waiting for delivery. I have tried to contact them several times, but no response. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered an outfit for Eid, at first it looked promising with the order coming in just on time but when I opened the package my dress was poorly packed, beading was missing and it looks cheap! Doesn’t look like the photo online! I was very disappointed!!! I messaged the company on Instagram and was asked to send an email for refund, I’ve sent them 2 emails and no reply. Will never order from them again. Also the outfit came with an invoice from Pakistan of $30 and i paid £140!!!!! Rip off!

Very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. I am looking forward to wearing my outfit for Eid, it’s beautiful.

Ordered 2 standard sized dresses for £260 and when they arrived the quality was so bad, stitching was odd on both size. They were 2 of the exact same dresses in different sizes, they came in slightly different colours. Threading was coming out and when I tried to return and get a refund they accused me of getting custom sized dresses which is why they can’t refund me. I was very disappointed I have proof of the bad quality items. After many emails complaining about the state they came in they gave a little bit of money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM BAHIRAH.

THE WORSTTTT the worst material EVER. Do not buy. Bought a dress for £160 plus £10 shopping for it to come unevenly stitched, stitching come out and the WORSTT material I’ve ever seen in my life. The material was so itchy and the colour was so so off. Cannot get a full refund either.

- no idea how to reply and YOU DID NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND!!!! we had not worn this hideous dress for the wedding but after paying SOOO much for this dress that’s worth £10 we had to wear it to an event. I had never felt so uncomfortable in an outfit. And plz 160? If I remember correct it was £200 and sometging for 2. You had failed to mention this when accepting my order. We hadn’t even ordered a “customised” dress as you said it was not possible. Now all of a sudden you could not provide a refund. Everytime I’ve emailed you or dmd you and spoke about the poor quality of the dress you chose to not acknowledge it. This says something about you.
You’re telling me to email you if I have any other queries? You completely blanked all my emails AND YOUVE BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM. DO NOT BUY PLEASE READ ALL THE REAL REVIEWS. I WISH I checked the reviews on here before ordering from a fraudulent company like yourselves. Lesson learned.

The dress I ordered was beautiful. It didn’t exactly match the picture (the pictures shows a white creamy look while the actual one is light beige) but overall it’s beautiful. I’m excited to wear it, all of the gems and stones held in place none fell or moved. The dress was tailored perfectly in length and size. I will definitely be returning to bahirah for more clothse in the future.

Exceptional formal dress and service. I contacted the seller and needed the dress in less than two weeks to the US. They were able to get it to me a day earlier than when I asked for it and it is beautiful.

I ordered three suits and they look so beautiful. The communication between myself and the company has been excellent and were so friendly.I could not fault them given the limited timeframe I had for the suits to arrive and will be definitely ordering again.

Its been amazing from start to finish. I asked for a tailored dress last minute ans they where amazing. My dress arrived a week later and I'm in love its beautiful and fits really well. I'm so impressed xx

Brilliant ! Always received my products in 4-6 weeks as promised.

This website is clearly a scam. Even on Instagram if you see the pictures they are tagged on, these are very dated. I can see that they only provide outfits to people who have high instagram followers count. I have sent so many emails, they claimed that due to corona the shipping was delayed but it has now been 4 months and I know that import from foreign countries were still running. I’m super pissed and I’m out over a hundred pounds.

The best clothes ever - attention to detail is fantastic on my dress but delivery can be improved

I am willing to bet everything that 99% of the positive reviews on here are lies. Please stay away they are still scamming and stealing from their customers. They need to fear God.
