Kept my card on file even after I told…

Kept my card on file even after I told them I wasn't interested after the monthly zoom. I dont know how they can keep your card on file. I had notified the financial services authority. Beware of any property company marketing on Instagram and bombarding you on WhatsApp. Pay attention to the review. Scam and shameful. My contacts with this company have been Siduduzo and Sarah Gupilan

I wish there is an option to score this…

I wish there is an option to score this Rahim bah zero so that he doesn’t even get my 1 score.
He comes to offer you generic property business and keeps on taking your money.
He is a scam, luring people into mentorship programmes and carting away money for just generic knowledge.
When you unsubscribe for his so called webinar and mentorship programmes, he still retains your card number and keeps taking your money. The financial conduct authorities should know about this and stop him and his rogue company and operations.
When I discovered he has nothing to offer, I got in touch by sending an email to unsubscribe, they acknowledged the email, promising to do the needful, but still kept on taking my money through the card details; whereas I only paid for a one-off webinar. And I was very very sure not to agree any continuous deductions.
I don’t know how they managed to programme their system such that it keeps taking your money when you only paid for a one-off trial service.
People please be aware, let your loved ones know, Rahim Bah is a scam

BEWARE OF RAHIM BAH PROPERTY LIMITED

BEWARE OF RAHIM BAH PROPERTY LIMITED

They have been trying to take money out of my account after I have signed up for the property invest workshop going for £1. Later I called to cancel because the place was far and I didn’t mind loosing £1 . During the call he tried to convince me to subscribe for £899 for workshops on property investment which I refused. He then tried to get me to sing up for the £10 per month subscription which I refused. So he is now using my card details which I signed up for the £1 to try and take money out of my account. This is illegal and I will do whatever it takes to ensure that the authorities know about this scammer.

How Rahim Bah has and will Scam your thousands of Pounds without Mercy

Do you know this man?

RAHIM BAH

The alleged ethnic minority property guru?

Have you been a victim of his scam?

Please indicate inbox

Please do not loose your money building Rahim's wealth at the expense of your everything.

He will trap you in his cycle of blaming you after milking you .

Rahim Bah is a man who claims to have a million dollar property portfolio and a heart for your best interest to succeed in his deceitful Property Investment Blue-Print objective of making you earn from money you don't own yet cannot refund people's money he clearly hasn't given them value for after luring them into his Marketing funnel with lies and taking advantage of them in their vulnerable state.
He refused to refund even as little as £200 paid in advance to attend one his £800, 3 day events he organizes. Event that had not taken place and client was asking for refund.

A clear fake it till you make it business
Rahim's Property events are a trap to lure you down his one-sided mentorship/coaching program which he will take you on a vicious fruitfulness. tiring, energy draining, non rewarding cycle centered around his deceitful strategies that don't work after bagging your thousands of pounds without letting you know you still have to pay to action the strategies he pretends to teach.
Here's my Rahim Bah story.
I attended Rahim's online FREE webinar event on a Saturday morning from 10am to 4pm
From which he offers you a £100 less the price for his 3 day event, if you attend to the end and give him a review which he uses on his website and social media platforms.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY FREE THING YOU WILL GET FROM RAHIM.

Every other step going forward will be a repetition of the webinar with a little elaboration and packaged and priced from £800 to £10.000 plus. Wrapped in fake best interest intentions, good intentions, care, love, leadership that's masked with coaching skills aimed at taking you in fruitless circles and with eyes set to drain your money.
It starts with £800 for a 3 day event in September 2023 (can be paid in instalments) where you pay your transport, accommodation and feeding. The objective of the event is to lure you into a COACHING NOT MENTORSHIP as he terms it but doesn't practice it program that takes you into a vicious, demotivating fruitfuless journey of calling thousands of Landlords that yields nothing as compared to the propaganda and expectation he arouses in you before taking your thousands of pounds for his deal sourcing strategy.

In my cohort of his mentees, I paid the lowest for group mentorship which I never got coached in any group. Others paid up to 10.000 for the different mentorship package. 1 to 1. 2 to 1 etc.
After paying £4500 for the "group mentorship" a 1 year programme stating that it is the last of my savings hoping to kick start implementation in the "Mentorship" and securing a propertywithin first few months as he guarantees in his terms and conditions, on my first session with Rahim, note that it was not in any group, he emplores me to get £10.000 to start implementation.
Puzzled, fearful and in denial about coming to terms with the reality of falling in the Rahim Bah trap I avoided the shock to ask where my £4500 is gone and now I am being demanded to bring 10 more thousands. Given his coercive, persuasive and money oriented skills he kept pushing me to go find the money in the most decievingly nice ways from the parts of my life that I don't have while refusing to listen to me but using his marketing jargons and Affirmations, coercing me to agree with him I will make the effort of finding the money.
At this stage I am vulnerable. He is the boss. He has my £4500. It's been weeks gone and his no refund time frame is to his advantage. I have no clue where to begin. He never made me to understand I will be needing £10.000 more to implement after paying £4500.

All I/we were encouraged on the 3rd day of the £800 event is to pay for the mentorship
What ever question you asked you were reassuringly answered with...

Rahim will handle the rest for you and lead you to financialFreedom.
Rahim's got your back.

Rahim needs just a few people he can manage in his team at a time to take them through the year until everyone achieves.

Pay your money, just a few spots left. Take action and start seeing results inappropriate few months.

Members of his scam team dotted in different rooms in the hotel building after the session waiting with their card machines to take the mentorship money while he and others a pastor including stroll in the event room softly receiting their call to action messages.

They do sponsored ads attract investors…

They do sponsored ads attract investors get you to pay huge thousand without letting you know it's just for the lessons/theory not the actioning/implementation part. You then realise while in his sessions that your hard earned spent money just went into their pocket without you acquiring anything but knowledge that can be got just from anywhere too. He sells himself as a mentor when he gets your money, he will take you in tireless circles that shows you unending financial demands that wasn't revealed to you before you committed and drains you to give up along the way

After the owner/CEO cold-call selling…

After the owner/CEO cold-call selling the me the 3 day seminar in London,I paid £850 in instalments through a bi-weekly standing order. A job I had long applied for was suddenly offered to me ,which meant that I had to cancel my booking since I wasn't sure how flexible my new position was going to be. It also meant that I was now moving from getting paid weekly to monthly.
I emailed them explaining my sudden change in situations and that I was cancelling to allow myself financial breathing space till my first pay. They refused to refund my money even though I explained that I needed the money to smooth my transition between wage and pay. They are pointing me to their Ts&Cs which come attached to their receipt/invoice they email you AFTER payment is made. You would think that they give you these Terms and Conditions BEFORE you pay.
I would urge would be investors to be more careful with this company.

After reading some bad reviews about…

After reading some bad reviews about Bah Properties, I was hesitant to reach out to them regarding a bedroom in a shared house. However, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and polite staff member over the phone, who, after a few questions, booked me in for a viewing straight away. To cut a long story short, I got referenced and passed. During the contract signing, I was informed that electric and gas expenses are capped, and any overuse is shared equally among tenants, which I found to be fair, especially considering the rising costs of utilities.

The contract was signed smoothly, and my housemates turned out to be very friendly, sharing how they typically contribute towards electric and gas, mainly during the winter, which seemed reasonable. What really sets Bah Properties apart is their prompt response to repair requests, a common shortfall with many other agencies.

Having lived in one of their houses for over 18 months without a single issue, I found my move-out process to be straightforward, and my deposit was returned minus cleaning costs, which felt fair compared to experiences with previous landlords. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend Bah Properties for their exceptional customer service and tenant care.

My elderly mother's property was…

My elderly mother's property was transferred to Bah Properties when it was purchased by a new landlord.

The property is dangerous and for the last 7 or 8 month they've repeatedly ignored her emails and phonecalls. They've been sent dozen of photos showing holes in the outdoor steps yet pretend not to know about it. They seriously do not care about the safety of their tenants. Absolute scam artists and liars.

Avoid at all costs.

Doesn't top up gas/elec in time, Doesn't answer calls within open hours.

Been in a BAH property for 3 months and every single month the agent forgets to top up gas and electricity meaning cold showers, food going off and not being able to cook are a monthly occurance.

They also cannot be contacted via mobile within their advertised opening hours so you have to put up with an interruption of supply for several hours every month despite paying rent in full.

I would never advise to rent from these guys. We had to have the council in multiple times and they listed a total of 28 issues at the property including rats, non-fire doors, no working oven and so many more. Don’t waste your time or money

This property agent is utterly…

This property agent is utterly dishonest and unprofessional! They tried to pocket my deposit even though I left the room in a good condition, the reason they tried to pocket my deposit is because I left UK and come back to my country, they thought they could just kept my deposit! I have to call them pretty much every day for over a month to get my money back, most of the time they won't even pick up my calls! Extremely frustrating to dealt with them. Do not trust any verbal agreement from them they will deny itafter you move in. Also make sure you don't sign a contract with only £80 for gas and electricity it will not be enough during winter time so you have to keep topping up with your own money or live in a cold house! I regretted renting a room from them.

Bah properties insited on a remote…

Bah properties insited on a remote viewing for Covid reasons and that we had to provide a deposit and 2 months rental upfront. Contract was only provided after we paid. The property was not as described and we returned they keys immediately. Had to engage counsel to get the deposit back and they refused to return the rent, then when we engaged rentsmart Bar claimed they had been unable to rent it for two months and offered to refund only half the rent.
