Just an awful company to use, no contact number works and they will do anything they can to not deliver what your ordered and use the terms and conditions to keep your money. The woman on the phone has a really bad attitude with absolutely no sympathy for anyone ,, stay well clear !!
I was incredibly disappointed with the service received. The team arrived over an hour late, and despite calling every contact number provided, none were in service. I was later informed the delay was due to picking up equipment from a previous event and the bouncy castle being wet—yet no one made any effort to call and inform me in advance. That courtesy alone would have made a huge difference.
According to their email, delivery was scheduled for 12:15, with my event starting at 13:15—plenty of time allocated for setup.
When the team eventually arrived, the replacement castle they brought was also wet. The setup crew were unprofessional and dismissive, stating they were doing this on their lunch break and it wasn't their problem. I was even told I should have allowed extra time for setup—despite the fact that I had already done so by giving an earlier start time when booking. The company sets the delivery times, not me.
Due to the delays and attitude of the crew, the setup was still ongoing as my guests arrived—completely undermining the start of the event and causing unnecessary stress.
I’ve since learned that the company has changed ownership since I last used their services. That likely explains the stark difference in quality, as my previous experience was far more reliable and professional. This time, however, the lack of communication, poor attitude, and overall disorganisation left me feeling incredibly let down.

Truly amazing service the castle was on time and ready in plenty of time for the event, they were really friendly and had great customer service and collected on time too! Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
