Outstanding Service. I’m often dubious about ordering from interstate companies I’m not familiar with, but as I couldn’t get a particular rum from my usual supplier I stepped out of my comfort zone (after a LOT of googling) and purchased through Bains. My order was submitted late on a Saturday (the weekend before Easter), I received an acknowledgment email almost immediately (comforting). The shipping notification info was received Sunday night. I anticipated a delivery sometime after the Easter Break noting the upcoming short week, but to my surprise it was delivered by courier on Easter Monday. It was well packaged, fragile labels (x 2), no leaks, a perfectly intact bottle. We have guests over tonight so they’ll be getting a taste test. To say I’m suitably impressed is an understatement, I’ll use them again and can definitely recommend.
