Very unhelpful girl at Baird Gold

Very unhelpful girl at Baird Gold. There was a slight admin error regarding documentation where middle names were omitted. Other names matched with passport utility bills and address all being the same. Outcome unable to do business with them as their was a severe lack of common sense within the organisation subsequently I have taken my business elsewhere....would I do business with them?
Not while there are more compliant companies out there!
