Avoid at All Costs
Avoid at All Costs — Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Unresponsive
Our experience with Bak2Bak has been nothing short of a nightmare. In over a decade of business, this has easily been the most difficult company we've ever had to deal with. The consistent lack of communication, industry knowledge, and basic customer service is deeply concerning.
From the beginning, most of our emails were ignored or brushed off. Despite our extensive experience with our own products, our input was regularly disregarded as if they knew better — yet their actions repeatedly proved otherwise.
What started as a $300–$500 monthly storage cost suddenly ballooned to invoices exceeding $2,000 without proper explanation or justification. It felt like we were being overcharged at every turn, with little to no transparency. To make matters worse, even at the end of our agreement, we’re still facing issues and silence from their team.
We trusted Bak2Bak to handle our stock responsibly, but that trust was misplaced. Our products were stored in unsafe and careless ways — stacked unevenly, piled on top of each other, and handled without regard to proper packaging methods. When we raised concerns, including attaching photos, they didn’t even respond. At one point, we were even blamed for a pallet being packed incorrectly, despite them not following our clearly communicated packing instructions.
After two punishing years with this company, we’ve had enough. They lack professionalism, empathy, and basic communication skills. Trying to resolve anything with them is like talking to a brick wall. Requests are ignored, questions about mysterious charges go unanswered, and now they’re effectively holding our stock hostage.
We were charged $200 just for a stocktake and photos — the kind of service that should be standard. Worse still, they’re now refusing to release our stock and cannot justify the fees they continue to add.
If you’re considering using Bak2Bak for storage or logistics — don’t. You will regret it, just as we do. This company is more interested in squeezing every dollar out of you than actually supporting your business.
