Believe the reviews! They claimed to be part of Macy’s backstage and they’re not. They supposedly sent the item but it never got delivered and then tried to blame it on me. They then agreed to give me a refund (not a full one though). It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting on the refund. Big scam!

Scam scam I don’t understand why are they even allowed to post on tube and scam customers of their 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡money I wish I could report them further

I am reviewing with Zero stars. I ordered and never received anything. The tracking said it was delivered but nope. I believe the tracking site is also a scam. They said they would send me another shipment but again- nope. They even tried to blame me and said the address I gave is incorrect. At least they responded I suppose. But after promising a refund I still am waiting- not holding my breath. I want to warn any others considering this site- Do Not purchase. It is a scam.

I tried to order and was excited to find coats for less the $10... they got $27... and I'm more broker then i was before... I have a tracker # for cool tote bag...its coming from god only knows its been 32 days ... today it says its in my general area...

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. This is a SCAM. They send you an email portraying themselves to be part of Macy's backstage clearance and use a Macy's logo to fool you into purchasing items, but they are a fraud. Report them.

I placed an order on December 4, 2023 they told me that it would take 30 days before I would receive my order. Well 30 days past and still no order I reached out to the company via email because that's the only way they can be reached. They informed me that they will resend my order out to me again since I didn't receive my first order saying that the package could've gotten lost, I asked them to give me the delivery carrier that they use so that I could reach out to them and find out where my package is at of course they refused to give me that information. Bottom line is not only didn't I receive my order but the took my money as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDELENT!!!!!!

Such a SCAM ! Got Suckered by this site. As the saying goes anything that seems too good to be true usually is. After I checked out and saw the site address a red flag went off but I ignored it and pray I would get items ordered , well no such luck .

Beware!! Ordered in December 2023. Received a tracking#. Never got my order. This is a complete scam!

I ordered January 2024. I have yet to receive the items. I was given an order number and directed to a website saying in transit 9 days ago.

I just got suckered in by this store. Why do they let people do this to other people and not do something about it? I just wrote them and telling them that I found out they were fake and they tried blocking me, of course there’s always a way to get into their website and I wrote them again cursing them and letting them know that karma will get them back! Anyway, DON’T SHOP FROM THEM!!

Don't do it people, DO NOT order from here, would rate it 0 stars, if I could... this store is all over Google as a scam...I thought I was ordering clearance items from Macy's! Never received my order!! NOPE... they just used Macy's name! @ Macy's are you aware of this?

I placed an order online and it never arrived. The website has been changed. This is a scam online merchant. I thought it was Macy's. Oh no no.

I don’t trust this online store. The only way it seems they will answer any questions is by email only. There is no phone number to contact. No legitimate address either. We all love a bargain however this isn’t it!

On line, this company is using Macy’s Backstage brand/logo to attract customers. Unless you take a closer look, you might even think it is Macy’s. It is the cut-rate pricing that is so indicative of the better known China merchants that very often scam and use fraudulent tactics to dupe unsuspecting customers. I am equally skeptical of this website, especially since they do not disclose their location nor return address. That is usually a red flag. My better judgement is telling me to steer clear. If Trust Pilot cannot verify these people, they probably are not legit.
