Top quality tiles, accurately portrayed.

I needed to buy a few more tiles from a series I bought a few years ago. To my surprise, I could still get them. And, importantly, I could buy them individually. The tiles were packaged very carefully. I really like this company and their tiles. The only downside was the very expensive shipping. In my case, it was more expensive than the tiles themselves.

The sample tile received was lovely...just not suitable for the particular area and decor for which it was intended. The despatch time for the sample was swift and the sample was safely packaged. Though it didn't result in a purchase this time, this retailer is certainly one I will revisit if I need tiles for a different project.

The quality of the product that i purchased was excellent. The colours of the tiles are unique. Great communication. Some useful advice from one of the designers. Delivery was prompt. I have been remodeling a bathroom and I needed some tiles. It was really helpful to speak to a designer and talk through what I wanted and the amount I needed to order.

There was a small problem with trying to order online so I called and it was all sorted out very quickly. The tiles look fantastic and I will be using them again when I refurbish the kitchen!

I am so happy I found this company. The tiles are beautiful and the customer service was faultless. One of their designers (Jacky), put up with me being hopelessly unsure and patiently came up with the perfect design for our family. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me get from vague concept to complete plan and saved me so much time and angst.
