Recommended a Bakerboxx
I was recommended Bakerboxx by a family friend. We decided to sign up to the 3 month trendboxx subscription, this surely did not disappoint. The box this month contained a the deluxe chocolate fudge cake kit. Each box is filled with all the ingredients weighed out along with a step by step fool proof method chart with lots of tips on how to bake the goodies to perfection. I can honestly say, I was very impressed with how the fudge cake turned out, needless to say it was polished off within an hour or so by the family. A fantastic concept well worth trying. I look forward to receiving my next bakerboxx. 🙂

Bought this subscription for my husband’s birthday in November. First box arrived with the activation code, activated it and…..nothing.
Called six weeks later (January) to be told the subscription had been activated and then cancelled 15 minutes later (which was not true) and that’s why we didn’t get any more boxes. We were then PROMISED a box would be sent asap. It’s now April and guess what??? You’re right….we have received NOTHING. So I paid £103 for 6 flatbreads…
They are no longer answering the phone and the website claims to be under maintenance.
I have today asked for my money back via the bank.
I so wanted this to work out, I love new ideas like this and will always support small businesses, but not when they just take your money and run.
UPDATE
I’ve now received a phone call and email offering a full refund.

After thoroughly reviewing your account, we can confirm that the cancellation of your subscription was initiated through your dashboard on November 28, 2024, at 9:22 PM. This action was taken by you, not by us. We understand that this may not have been immediately apparent, but the cancellation was processed directly from your account, and we have clear records to support this. At no point did we intentionally cancel your subscription or withhold any service.
In addition, we have made several attempts to reach you directly to discuss and clarify the situation. We also have a recorded phone call with one of our colleagues earlier today, where the matter was addressed. We truly hope you will reply so we can resolve any confusion and ensure this issue is cleared up once and for all.
Regarding your concerns about the website, we experienced a brief period of essential maintenance today, which was quickly resolved. The website is now fully operational, and we sincerely apologise for any temporary disruption this may have caused.
We also want to make it abundantly clear that Baker Boxx is a legitimate and trustworthy business. We supply thousands of baking kits each year, and our goal is to provide quality service to all our customers. The cancellation of your subscription was initiated through your own dashboard, and we have always been transparent in our communication with you.
We respectfully disagree with your suggestion that we "took your money and ran." This is not at all reflective of how we operate, and we take great pride in providing excellent customer service. We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring that you receive the full benefit of the service you paid for.
We hope this clears up any misunderstandings, and we remain available to assist with any further questions or concerns you may have.
In regards to the update comment regarding us offering a full refund - this is completely untrue, as explained via email to yourself we can not offer a refund until your bank has completed their investigations, unfortunately you never gave us a chance to refund as you went straight to the bank and this process can take a while to resolve as its completely out of our hands.

Well Done, Bakerboxx!
I ordered a 6 month Trend subscription for my 15 year old granddaughter last year and she has so enjoyed doing it she asked for another this year which will all be different recipes. She has reused the recipes and used them as a base to further develop her baking skills. Her friends are so impressed by her traybakes they are offering to buy them! I have just ordered a subscription for another granddaughter and am sure she will love it just as much. The company are always a delight to deal with and their customer support is very friendly and helpful. Well done!

Sadly - this is lovely gift idea which was not very well done. Every time I have been due a gift box I have had to ring up the company to try and arrange delivery - usually twice. Seems like their system is not up to the task - such a shame. Be aware that you may be in for long hours contacting customer service

Very Impressed!
I received my first Bakerboxx on Friday and was excited to get started. The packaging looked great and the recipe card contained was straight forward to follow. I had a few initial questions - these were answered politely and promptly.
On sampling the finished product, I couldn’t believe that myself as a novice baker could bake something as delicious!
I highly recommend this great concept, completely stress free, easy to follow and fun to make. I look forward to receiving my next Boxx!

hopeless communications
Impossible to solve my problem as this company wont respond to either the chat box or an email or supply a telephone number. my order has been stuck for months.
Since I wrote this review Bakerboxx have contacted me and very efficiently fixed my problem.
I am now happy with the outcome. and would give them 3 stars.
